Steps to the beach, clean, quiet and secure close to everything, we had a wonderful vacation here. Drove to Boston one day as it was only an hour or so away. Ravi is very responsive and engaged sending notices and offering things to do/places to eat. The beach is amazing and the patio is so close, we enjoyed it.A maintenance note, there is a strip of flooring that is raised due to building shifting or humidity(?) between the main walk through and the kitchen and living room space. It is about 3-4 inches wide and quite high and a trip and fall nuisance. We tripped so many times we moved the coffee table atop it to remind ourselves it was there. Not a big deal overall and we would stay again either way!

Great stay

We had a great week at this Hampton Beach condo. It was clean and had all of the comforts of home. Wonderful view of the beach across the street and close to many local restaurants and bars.

Wonderful place to stay

Ravi's place was absolutely beautiful with the most amazing views from the private balcony. He had all the amenities you could ask for and you could tell he works very hard at giving his guests the most comfortable stay possible.

Beautiful Beach Trip!

My husband and I had a great time staying here for our annual week long beach trip. Beautiful condo, with a gorgeous ocean view. The check in/check out process was very easy and the condo had everything we could need. We can't wait for next year!

Great beach stay

Loved the penthouse,great views,great food. Everything we needed. Ravi was great, I think I texted him 50 times, he was always quick to respond. Having the parking space is total bonus. Talked to other people who had to hunt parking. Would definitely stay again

Amazing Property!

This condo has the best views on the beach. The location is perfect, convenient, and having an elevator is awesome. The unit is clean, modern, and spacious. The host was very organized and had thought of just about anything we could need to make our stay pleasurable. We will definitely be back!

Didn't want to leave

Other than not realizing I was only slotted one parking space and there were multiple empty spots in the lot. The host helped with that expense, but it was an annoyance. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, perfectly located across from steps to the beach. The host was attentive. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for my sister. She ended up just sleeping on it not pulled out there was no hard spots that way. I will rent this again next year. Just wish I had more time there.

Needs improvement on the cleaning service but the view u can’t get any better sunrise on one side and sun set on the other an host was great kitchen fully stocked. Will book again.
