Quiet and Comfortable 2 Bedroom Cottage

Bright, Clean and Comfortable..... We are located on Q St., it is about a 1/2 block to Hampton's beautiful beach. Quick walk to the Hampton Club Casino.

This side by side cottage contains 2 bedrooms, 1 has a Queen size bed and the other room has a full size bed.. The kitchen has been update with new cabinets and Quartz counters, updated appliances with an eat in kitchen area. Living room has all the comforts of home including a flat screen tv, and wireless internet. Bathroom has a stand up shower.

Tile flooring throughout, plenty of closet space. Patio table, chairs and Grill are right outside on the deck with parking for 2 cars.

YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN LINENS, BEDDING, TOWELS AND PILLOWS.

Conveniences include: central air conditioning, cable TV & wireless internet.

this property was located in a very convenient area of Hampton Beach. property owners were very helpful, and accommodating, helping us park our vehicles(one was over sized!). Dave suggested some of the best dinning around. this definitely is a do again vacation.

Nice Getaway

Everything was great this place has anything that you need for a vacation stay. Kitchen and bathroom are updated it has a nice deck and it’s clean. Brian is a great host will definitely come back.

A delightful week in Hampton Beach!

My stay at 8A Q Street was wonderful. The apartment is on a quiet street with good parking and a short walk to both down town and the beach. The porch, with a table, chairs and umbrella was just right. While the unit had a charcoal grill, a gas grill was also available for my use. The cable service along with wifi came in handy on a rainy day. The queen size mattress was comfy and I slept great! There are well designed closets in both bed rooms with room to hang clothes and shelves in place of a dresser. In addition, the bunk bed room has two drawers under the bed and a small dresser for more storage. There is a full set of pans with lids and different sized plastic bowls, also with lids. Will definitely check the availability of this property for future trips to Hampton Beach!

We had a fantastic time! The location is perfect, short walk to the beach and to the Hampton strip. It was very clean when we arrived and quiet at night. We really enjoyed our time as a family! Definitely recommend for a smaller family group.

Great location for beach week

Duplex was perfect for my friend and I with occasional day and stay over visitors. Clean. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bigger than pictured. Close by everything but still quieter than being in the heart of the strip. Plenty of outlets. Ac worked great. Tile floors made clean up a breeze. Nothing I would change. Hope to stay in 8a again!!!

Perfect Late summer getaway

Perfect home for a couple or a family of 4. House was super clean and bright. Location was perfect, just off the main road leading to Hampton beach. A short walk to beach and restaurants and perfect for a bike riding weekend. We biked all the way to Odiorne Point Sate Park and the views from the road were fantastic. It was the best time of year to go to avoid crazy lines at restaurants or lots of traffic. Transaction was easy and checking process was simple. Will return during similar timeframe.
