Comfortable convenience

We had a wonderful time @ the cottage. It has everything you could possibly need for a great stay at the beach. It was so convenient to the beach and boardwalk, yet it was quiet in the little neighborhood. Our Hostess Chrissy was wonderful and got back to us immediately if we had questions or a problem. We are definitely coming back here next year!

Perfect location for a family vacation

Owners couldn’t have been nicer. Easy walk to beach, comfortable sleeping and great air conditioning! Nice neighbors and area. Quiet at night. Everything you need is close by.

This property has been in my family since 1963 . My father built this cottage with his father over 50 years ago. It is a small cozy cottage. Under 700 square feet it is not huge but can sleep 6 people.

Why they chose this property

We are friendly down-to-earth people. We love Hampton Beach and want to share our experience with others. Sit outside and enjoy a refreshing beverage on the patio area which has beautiful lights that turn on at night. Its a dead end street so its nice and quiet!
