Our apartment is located in a quiet side street on the upper floor

Of course, my apartment is not a dump, but rather the opposite. But the name has served its purpose, you clicked on my page. Thank you very much.
Our apartment is located in a quiet side street on the upper floor of a detached house with separate entrance. The apartment was previously rented out and was renovated in February 2013 and equipped with new furniture.

We are happy to contact for any questions and requests.
Dogs are allowed to come on vacation.

The master bedroom has a window to the garden, which you are welcome to use.
Since the garden is not visible from the outside, it invites you to relax, have a barbecue and play games.

My apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but I have a cozy smoking area in the hallway in front of the window.

The bright, cheerful children's room with two single beds is equipped with games, books and stuffed animals.

The living room has a comfortable sofa with table and TV corner with DVD player, a dining set for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The bathroom was renovated in January 2014 and consists of a sink, a toilet, and a shower.

Shops, supermarkets, and some restaurants can be reached on foot in no time.
The bakery is right around the corner.

Various bike rentals are located in the immediate vicinity.

Die Wohnung befindet in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wichtige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Combi, Aldi u.a.) sowie Apotheke und Drogerie (dm) sind in der Nähe.Der Zustand war akkurat sauber und ist sehr gut eingerichtet, u.a. mit Kaffeemaschine Wasserkocher, Fernseher mit WLAN und Haarfön. Eine geschützte Ecke lädt zum draussen sitzen ein. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, für Fragen oder wenn man etwas braucht, steht die Vermieterin gerne zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Spielen und Büchern, so dass wir unsere Spielsachen kaum gehaben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen :-)

Meine Frau und ich waren vom 02. bis 08.06.2024 zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung in Norden. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und steht jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, auch für Paar mit 2 Kindern geeignet, modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Bei unserem nächsten Trip in den Norden würden wir uns sofort wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Vielen Dank, dass wir bei Ihnen wohnen durften.
