Bungalow 23 for 4 to 6 persons in the vacation resort RHÖN RESIDENCE.
The resort rHÖn RESIDENCE is surrounded by meadows and pastures overlooking the horse head and the water dome, with 950m above sea level. the highest peak in the Rhön.
The Rhon has been designated by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve, and connects with its moors and basalt formation, the states of Thuringia, Bavaria and Hesse.
The cozy bungalow with 4 to 6 beds hatt all that is needed for self-catering in a cottage. Cot and high chair are in every home.
In the hotel next door RESIDENCE rHÖn the large indoor pool and sauna can be used with solarium for a fee. Also there is the possibility to use the bowling alley, mini golf and table tennis. In summer you can go rafting and canoeing.
However, the region offers a wide range of other sports and leisure activities. The spa resort Friesenhausen and the resort is just 12 km from the Baroque city of Fulda, the cultural and economic center Osthessens. Here you can the baroque cathedral, the Holy Sepulchre Church of Sts. Boniface, and the nearby St. Michael's Church with its Romanesque crypt and the Cathedral Museum, visit. Within walking distance of the resort to the old Kurhessisch Royal-Bavarian border (1816-1866) over the top to the foot Milseburg hike, one of the most beautiful mountains in the Rhön.
In the hotel rHÖn RESIDENCE with its great restaurant you can participate at reasonable prices at the breakfast-lunch or dinner buffet.
However, you can also provide yourself with the fully equipped kitchen. In the bakery by Markus Vogel and the butcher bird by Christof opposite rHÖn-ANTIQUE you can buy fresh bread and Wurtswaren from the Rhön.
