Best Experience Ever

The unit was perfect for us, My wife and I, it was so clean and smelled fresh too! All the appliances looked brand new and were top shelf which was unexpected, you could see the Gulf from our balcony where we spent a lot of time. Our first time staying in a condo, we used to use hotels, never again, and we want to book this same condo or similar asap!! It was a lovely little nook right on the beach, LOVED IT! We are already browsing hoping we can go next month.

Sandy Sheets-BYOB-Bring your own bedding

Upon arrival around 10pm, everything appeared clean and just as in the photos. However, getting into bed (king size), the sheets were covered in sand. There was an extra set of sheets packaged up on the small cough; unfortunately they were the wrong size (queen). So we stripped the bed, washed the sheets, before turning in for the night. Advice to future renters: BYOB-bring your own bedding.

Old and worn out

The condition of the entire space was beyond worn out and unfit. The cabinet in the bathroom was rotted at the base; the shower was pink with scum; the sofa was dirty;the inside of the vanity bottom shelf was pulled loose and warped; the sliding door was off the track and filthy; two small rugs on the balcony were filthy and worn out; the doorway to the stairs was filthy and mist of the paint gone. The parking was good and at least the building seemed secure. I had stayed there about twenty years ago and apparently nothing has been done to keep it upgraded since.
