About this property

Idyllic family home with sauna on a river bank

Up to 8 people can vacation in the 130 m² house.
On the ground floor are: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower), and a 45m² living area with open kitchen, 1 stove and comfortable sofa and dining area. From the living area you have access to the 30m² terrace and the garden.
The 1. Floor has 2 bedrooms, a TV corner in the gallery and a large bathroom (large shower 140x90).

The different rooms have been renovated with great attention to detail. We tried to take over as much old stuff as possible and to create a cozy atmosphere. So the lamps are tw. made of old roof tiles, the table made of old, own walnut wood or the washbasin in the bath of old cherry wood.

In the garden is a wood-fired sauna and a hot tub (also wood burning -> Scandinavian bath tub)

What a lovely stay!

The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay and explore the area. The space is beautifully built and so comfortable for the 4 of us to relax, enjoy fabulous meals and enjoy the local nature. There was excellent information made available of the syrrounding areas for hiking, biking and everything else one could want to do. A perfect holiday get a way!!!

We were staying in this beautiful house in a group of 6 people. It was so perfect. The house has everything that you need - a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace to have breakfast or barbecue and a river nearby where you can refresh from a sunny day. The village itself is really tiny but there is a very beautiful place nearby which is called Châtillon-en-Diois. We went there almost every day for grocery shopping, eating out or strolling over the market on a Friday. We loved that village. And there area around is very nice as well snd you can do a lot of things just like, hiking, biking, canyoning,.. The hosts were very friendly and they prepared a lovely booklet with all „need-to-know“ information. Thanks for having us!

Très bon séjour dans cette maison parfaitement équipée pour recevoir une famille. Le seul bémol a été l'absence du bain finlandais qui a été démonté il y a peu.En ce qui concerne la localisation : de nombreuses marches et randonnées, avec des niveaux de difficulté variés. Une charmante petite ville juste à côté avec toutes les commodités.

Das Haus ist sehr süß und gemütlich und liegt mitten zwischen den Bergen. Man kann wunderbar auf der Terrasse sitzen. Auf der Treppe vor dem Haus hat man den besten Blick auf auf die Berge. Die Gastgeber*innen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr persönlich.Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

La maison a été bien préchauffée (il faisait froid). Très bien située, nous avons passé un très bon moment. C'est une belle région et la maison est bien équipée et confortable. Juste à savoir : cause restriction d'eau des derniers temps, le bois du jacuzzi n'est plus étanche.

L’endroit idéal pour passer le réveillon du jour de l’an en famille !

Superbe maison entièrement rénovée, fonctionnelle, bien équipée, joliment décorée, idéalement située dans un petit hameau au pied des montagnes. Nous y avons séjourné trois nuits pour le passage de la nouvelle année. La literie est confortable, les deux salles de bains très modernes et nous avons même pu bénéficier d’une séance de relaxation dans le sauna de la propriété ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et font tout pour le bien-être de leurs invités. La maison est située en pleine nature, à deux pas d’un ruisseau, d’une forêt et les sentiers de balades ne manquent pas. Ce séjour était parfait sur tous les points !

Jolie location, parfait pour se balader

Très jolie location, au calme et à proximité de très très nombreuses balades pour les amoureux de la nature ! Bain finlandais : un plus ! Mais à savoir qu'il chauffe au bois, ce qui demande trop d'attention et de temps Impossible de rentrer de balade et de se détendre au chaud... il faut plusieurs heures de chauffe et une présence exigente.... Communication avec les propriétaires un peu trop compliqué Répondent peu ou pas aux mails... et ne sont pas très réactif par sms non plus ... mais ils restent très gentils, et le livre guident de la maison est assez complet pour découvrir les alentours Annonce à revoir ! Il est indiqué linge de maison founit : ce qui n'inclut finalement que les torchons et serviettes à mains... Nous avions pensé que les draps et linge de bains seraient fournis... Cela rajoute une valise et du travaille de prévoir tout ce linge pour 5 personnes... un peu dommage de cette mauvaise formulation sur l'annonce Je recommande toutefois cette location ou nous avons profité en famille L'espace est très bien aménagé pour une famille Les alentours sont magnifiques Les hôtes ont été souples pour nos heures d'arrivée et de départ : merci beaucoup ! Au plaisir

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette maison nichée au cœur du Diois. Maison avec toute le confort nécessaire. Un très bon moment au calme

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Ponti. La maison est très agréable, bien aménagée et bien équipée. L'emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la nature. Quel bonheur de se prélasser dans le bain nordique alors qu'il fait froid a l'extérieur.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre location très calme. Ballades à proximité. Dommage que le jaccusi et le sauna fonctionnent au bois car trop de temps pour l'allumer.

Sorry to hear you have not been able to launch the Sauna. We have decided to install a wood oven as this gives a very special atmosphere. The heating with wood is actually quicker then with an electric oven.
