About this property

The apartment is located in a stone house in the Corsican style (only 2 apartments in total) in a quiet location. It has two terraces that invite you to linger and offer a direct unobstructed view of the sea and the well-kept, 5000 m2 garden on a hillside. Here you can relax.

The beach Palombaggia is one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica and is right at your feet. Within walking distance you can reach the fine sandy beach in about 15 minutes (partially road). But you also have the option of driving to the beach (5 - 10 minutes - mostly paid parking, partly in pine groves and thus shady).

Thanks to an épicerie, reachable within 3 minutes, you can look forward to fresh croissants and fresh baguettes every morning. You will also find everything you need for your daily needs. (usually open from mid-May to mid-September).

The delightful village of Porto Vecchio with its boutiques, large supermarkets, its charming harbor and its restaurants can be reached in about 20 minutes (13 km) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the house we can recommend.

If you are in the mood to wander, you can quickly reach the mountains and forests of Alta Rocca, the Plateau de cochon or the Col de Bavella. Here you will also find the beautiful freshwater pools of the different rivers.

If you like the adventure, you can spend your time rafting or canyoning.

Both the area around the house and the beach are very family friendly. The calm Mediterranean and the smooth course of the beach into the water are also the smallest pleasure for the little ones, without the parents having to worry.

Traumhaft

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Traumhafte Lage in der Nähe der schönsten Strände. Der Ausblick auf das Meer beim Frühstück einfach toll. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub auf Korsika.

Vista mozzafiato

La casa meriterebbe 5 stelle, in particolar modo per la posizione e la vista mozzafiato. Anche all'interno la casa è bella e funzionale. L'aria condizionata funziona bene, a differenza di quanto letto in altre recensioni. A pochi minuti c'è la spiaggia di Palombaggia che è, a mio avviso, la più bella della zona. Do 4 stelle in quanto non abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita e il frigorifero non funzionava bene. Detto ciò però, la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile a "cercare" di risolvere entrambi i problemi nei giorni successivi. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Le gîte est conforme aux photos : cadre exceptionnel avec sa vue sur Palombaggia dans un jardin superbe. L'équipement est conforme au descriptif et très satisfaisant, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Malheureusement, comme déjà évoqué la climatisation est un peu bruyante, mais ça reste acceptable. Le gros bémol vient de l'insonorisation globale de la maison. D'autres locataires occupaient l'étage de la maison, et malgré leurs efforts (nous leur en avons parlé) le moindre mouvement de chaise ou autre se répercute directement vers le logement du bas que nous occupions. Il en est de même pour les discussions un peu fortes des soirées d'été qui passent d'un gite à l'autre pouvant créer des désagréments dans les deux sens. Pour conclure, ce dernier point est vraiment regrettable d'autant que nous étions persuadés d'être les seuls locataires de cette très belle maison, l'étage étant, de memoire au moment de la réservation, destiné aux propriétaires.

Giardino stupendo e grande panorama

La casa ha una bella vista, un giardino rigoglioso e una posizione ideale. Le foto rispecchiano completamente la bellezza della posizione e della proprietà. La cucina è ben accessoriata per cucinare e mangiare anche in 6: c'è proprio di tutto! Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello e accogliente, c'è una doccia esterna molto comoda al ritorno dalle spiagge e delle sdraio con 2 ombrelloni di ottima qualità. C'è un grande appartamento nella parte superiore della villa, ma lo spazio è stato diviso molto bene e non abbiamo praticamente neanche sentito i nostri vicini. Durante il nostro soggiorno sfortunamente il clima è stato davvero afoso e avremmo avuto bisogno di un'aria condizionata un po' più potente; eravamo stati avvertiti dai proprietari che l'aria non stava funzionando al 100%, quindi nessun problema. In ogni caso, era la prima volta che in Corsica trovassimo tanti giorni senza vento e così umidi, quindi penso che con un clima normale, caldo ma ventilato, forse non serva nemmeno accendere l'aria condizionata in una casa con tante finestre e porte finestre. Tanja è una persona precisa e molto educata con cui abbiamo avuto una comunicazione perfetta. Nel complesso siamo stati davvero bene e avremmo voluto restare qualche giorno in più.
