You will stay between sea and mountain, in the Corsican maquis,
to Pascialella de Muratello, the village of my childhood, of my family.
Very close to Porto-Vecchio and its beautiful beaches.
You will enjoy your holidays in one of our charming houses.

In the heart of the regional park of Corsica, your new house in the Corsican maquis, surrounded by arbutus, olive trees, cork oaks.

Scheduled for 4 people exclusively.
The detached house of 57 m2 completely air-conditioned with:
A beautiful living room kitchen / living room with 2 sofas (2 non convertible seats).
Terrace of 15 m2.
It is composed as follows:
Ground floor: (Access from the parking lot by 20 stone steps (irregular).
Fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso ...
Iron, hair dryer, clothes rack, gas griddle.

2 independent bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor:
with bed in 160X200, bathroom with Italian shower and w. separate c, flat screen TV, WIFI, wardrobes, linens provided.
Bedroom 2 upstairs by private outdoor access (12 steps)
with bed in 160X200 or 2X80X200, bathroom with Italian shower and separate WC, flat screen TV, WIFI, wardrobes, linens provided.

You will enjoy on a common wooded grounds of 3500m², a private parking, a pool (8X4) shared and heated from April to May and from September to late November.
A deposit of 800 € asked on your arrival and returned the day of your departure if no damage.

Magical

Jean-Marc and Marina have created something special. The property is situated in a tranquil village 20 minute drive from Porto Vecchio with one of the best views. Making beaches and village and mountain attractions relatively accessible without the problems of evening traffic or hustle and bustle. We spent many evenings enjoying dinner on the terrace and drinking mauresque whilst looking at the stars in the dark skies void of light pollution. We also saw morning sunrises from the living room. The property itself is clean, well appointed and had everything we need. Jean Marc and Marina were fantastic hosts who were ready to answer any questions and provide strong recommendations in the locality. Thank you for a truly memorable stay and we hope to be back again!!

Secluded retreat with spectacular views

The drive to the property is not for the faint of hearts but it is well worth it. You can’t get the spectacular views without the climb! The area is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The accommodation, which is immaculate, met all our expectations. The house is a new build and has all the amenities one can hope for. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms are the perfect size. The pool area is lovely and has even more spectacular views as it sits a bit higher than the house itself. The land around the house has an abundance of shrubs, plants and fragrant flowers, which we loved. Jean-Marc and Marina were wonderful and attentive hosts from Day 1, sending us pre-arrival tips on what to do in the area. When we did arrive at the property, they surprised us with some local goodies, which was a really nice gesture! One little thing to note is that the access to the front door is not the easiest for people who may have mobility issues. Overall we were extremely satisfied and absolutely recommend this property. Situation exceptionnelle, hôtes charmants !

Nous connaissions bien cette région de Corse que nous visitons régulièrement, à moto ou en bateau. La villa que nous avons louée cette année était exceptionnelle à tout point de vue (emplacement, décoration, etc...). Marina et Jean-Marc sont des hôtes adorables.

Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, alles ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und auch vom und aus dem Pool (!) ist unglaublich schön, die Weite, die Bucht von Porto Vecchio, die Macchia, das Meer. Jean-Marc hat uns prima Tips für Ausflüge gegeben.

Une première en Corse mais certainement pas la dernière !

Vous êtes logés dans une des deux villas nichées sur les hauteurs de Porto-Vecchio avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée et la mer. Elles sont très confortables (équipements complets, climatisation dans chaque pièce, wifi, TV, terrasse avec plancha…) et la propreté est irréprochable ! Vous avez aussi accès à la piscine parfaitement entretenue par nos hôtes et avec cette même vue splendide ! Un petit mot sur nos hôtes, Jean-Marc et Marina qui nous ont accueillis comme si nous étions des amis de longues dates. Un grand merci à eux, à tous leurs conseils avisés pour trouver les meilleures plages ou les meilleurs restaurants, ils ont su nous donner envie de découvrir leur île et toujours avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. Canon ! C’était notre première fois en Corse mais ce ne sera sûrement pas la dernière ! À bientôt Corsica !

Séjour corse

Le propriétaire de la maison est vraiment super, la maison était très propre. Dans un cadre magnifique. Le propriétaire nous a conseillé sur des restaurants plage et des activités à faire autour de la maison. Le propriétaire est vraiment une personne formidable passionnée et de très bons conseils à l’écoute et nous avons passé une super semaine.

Villa mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer

Die Villa liegt ca. 15 Minuten von Porto Vecchio entfernt in den Bergen mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Golf von Porto Vecchio. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, alles sehr sauber, ich glaube sogar, der Backofen ist noch nie benutzt worden. Das Gelände ist toll gestaltet, das absolute Highlight ist jedoch der Pool. Als etwas schwierig gestaltete sich mit unserem tiefliegendem, voll bepacktem Wagen die Auffahrt, jedoch stellte uns Jean-Marc den Parkplatz bei seinem auch auf dem Gelände liegenden Haus zur Verfügung. Zu Jean-Marc. Einen hilfsbereiteren Gastgeber kann man sich nicht wünschen. Egal, ob es um Tipps zum Wandern (ca. 100 m vom Haus entfernt beginnt ein Wanderweg in die schöne Bergregion), Schwimmen, Essengehen, Märkte oder Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung handelte, er hatte immer die passende Information und bot an, Reservierungen o.ä. für uns zu erledigen. Insgesamt eine völlig gelungene Woche und ein Tipp für jeden Korsikaliebhaber.

Mooi , leuk vakantieverblijf

Heel leuk en rustig gelegen vakantiehuis. Het huisje was heel proper, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De verhuurder ( Jean Marc) is heel vriendelijk, staat altijd klaar om je vragen te beantwoorden , tips voor uitstapjes,....,een gezellige babbel. Leuk, proper zwembad.

Hervorragende Gastgeber

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön über dem Golf von Porto Vecchio, sie ist absolut sauber und die Austattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sgar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine ist da, die gasbetriebene Plancha hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Blick von Terrasse und Pool ist traumhaft. Was aber wirklich einen Unterschied macht sind dir Gastgeber Marina und Jean Marc. Sie sind sehr herzlich und machen alles möglich, haben sehr viele und vor allem sehr gute Tipps für Strände, Restaurants und Badegumpen. Noch ein Tipp für Eltern: unsere Kinder sind 11 und 13 und fanden den über eine Aussentreppe zugänglichen oberen Bereich toll, bei Kleinkindern unter 5 Jahren ist das vielleicht nicht der Fall. Insgesamt eine tolle Woche nicht zuletzt wegen der Gastgeber.

Erwartungen Übertroffen

Die Unterkunft bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick durch die großzügige Verglasung, dennoch viel Privatsphäre durch die direkt angrenzenden Bäume/Sträucher etc. Dadurch hat man auch das "mitten in der Natur"-Gefühl. Der Pool gilt als Gemeinschaftspool, allerdings nur zwischen den 2 Unterkünften auf dem Grundstück, wir waren immer alleine. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, incl. Gastgeschenke bei Ankunft (Bier bereits im Kühlschrank, selbst gebackene Brötchen uvm.). Auch Ausflüge wurden angeboten! Ausstattung der Unterkunft war perfekt (Kaffee, Küchenutensilien incl. Abwaschmittel, Seifen etc.). Alles in allem eine der besten bislang von uns besuchten, sehr zu empfehlen!

Tout simplement Parfait !

Quand Gallucci (Nom du propriétaire) rime avec Hospitality et Generosity cela donne un séjour parfait avec beaucoup d'attention et d'intention de la part de Marina et Jean Marc . Un trés beau lieu et excellent compromis entre Maquis et Mer avec un environnement et une vue à couper le souffle ! Une parenthèse régénérante et reposante à quelques km des plus belles plages de Corses ; et si le choix de la journée est farniente ... eh bien la magnifique piscine chauffée et vue mer est à disposition. Merci à nos hôtes pour leurs bonnes adresses partagées . Tout cela nous donne juste une envie ... celle de revenir !

Excellent séjour sur les hauteurs de Porto-Vecchio

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! La maison était parfaite pour nous, très propre, très bien équipée, et la vue de la terrasse et de la piscine (chauffée à 27°C) est juste superbe. En plus de cela, Jean-Marc & Marina sont des hôtes très prévenants et sympathiques, et sont très présents dès la réservation pour apporter leur aide et conseils. Des petites attentions très sympathiques étaient également disponibles à notre arrivée. Concernant l'emplacement, nous avons trouvé que les 10-15 minutes de route " de montagne" nécessaires pour regagner le logement de Porto-Vecchio sont tout à fait justifiés par le calme et surtout par la vue et nous sommes très contents de notre choix. Bref, on ne demanderait qu'à y rester plus longtemps :)

Perfekte Erholung, gute Lage, nette Vermieter!

Bereits vor unserer Ankunft hat Jean-Marc alle Fragen gut auf Englisch beantworten können. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das Haus perfekt vorbereitet. Marina hatte sogar selbstgemachte Marmelade und Kekse als Empfangsgruß hinterlassen. Das Haus hat eine schöne offene Architektur, mit Glasfront zur Bucht von Porto Vecchio und bietet einen sensationellen Blick. Der Pool war sehr sauber, ebenfalls mit tollem Blick und kommt aufgrund des leichten Salzgehaltes ohne Chlor aus. Das Haus bietet eine perfekte Basis um die schönen Strände der Umgebung zu erreichen und Wanderungen in den umliegenden Hügeln unternehmen zu können. Auch in Corona-Zeiten ist es ein sehr guter Ort, um sicher in einer sehr gepflegten Umgebung den Urlaub genießen zu können. Herzlichen Dank an die liebenswerten Vermieter Marina und Jean-Marc😊

Villa pleine de charme dans un environnement maginfique et très calme. Une vue exceprionnelle sur la baie de Porto-Vecchio. L’accueil des propriétaires a été des plus chaleureux.
