Located in the town of Ruoms, the cottage is ideal for exploring the wonderful Gorges de l'Ardèche as well as the magnificent villages of character such as Balazuc or Labeaume. You benefit from a proximity to the centre of the village, where you can walk and find all the shops, restaurants and services. Don't miss the obligatory appointment: the Friday morning market to taste the good local products. The greenway a few metres from the cottage is perfect for a safe walk or bike ride.
La Picholine is a house arranged on 2 levels for 2 people. No vis-à-vis and a tranquility that will seduce you. You enjoy a beautiful private outdoor space as well as a 4x4m swimming pool open from May to October. The large covered terrace, facing South, allows you to have meals and barbecues outside, in all weathers. On the other side, it is ideal for relaxing, reading or drinking a coffee in the shade.
Inside, on the ground floor, you have a fully equipped living room with living area, living room with TV and integrated kitchen. Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area with an air-conditioned bedroom, with a 160 cm bed, the bathroom with Italian shower, and a separate toilet. Between modernity and comfort for a 100% successful stay!
