☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆
No matter your age, mobility, or sleep preferences, this home has the perfect bedroom for every type of guest. There is a king suite on the main floor with an adjoining bathroom, perfect for folks of an older vintage who find stairs tough to handle. The ensuite bathroom in this suite offers an elegant walk-in shower.
The home boasts two more king rooms, one on the upper floor and one on the lower level. The upper-level king room is a spacious suite with stunning mountain views, a sitting area, a workspace, and an adjoining extra room perfect for setting up the portable crib to keep the young ones settled. The ensuite bathroom for this room features a dual vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.
The lower-level king room is a cozy and private room, with incredible natural light to wake you each morning. This room features a large dresser that makes it easy to unpack and feel at home.
The upper floor has two additional bedrooms, one with two queens and panoramic views, and one with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds - perfect for both the young and the young at heart! The lower level also has a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds for memorable sleepovers. These beds are designed to handle the weight of adults, so don’t feel shy about reliving your childhood memories!
There is at least one bathroom located on each floor, so there’s no need to wander between levels if you need to use the restroom in the middle of the night. In addition to the two ensuite bathrooms for king suites on the main and upper floors, there is another full bathroom on the upper and lower levels. Each bathroom has a starter supply of basic toiletries, hair dryer, and a stock of plush white towels set in each bedroom for your whole group.
☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The beautiful and modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for cooking for large groups, including fun extras like a waffle maker, special popcorn bowls, dual coffee makers, and an electric kettle for tea. Complimentary teas and coffee are included, and there’s no better place to enjoy your morning cup of joe than from the sunroom or back deck with amazing views overlooking the mountains.
For mealtime, you can cozy up to the breakfast area (seating for 6-7), dine in the formal dining room (seating for 9-10), or enjoy an alfresco meal on the screened-in porch (seating for 4-6). The German Bier Garden table and benches on the porch were imported from Germany and add a special touch to the mountain ambiance.
☆☆ LOUNGES ☆☆
There are several places to kick back and relax across the home, making it easy to gather as one large group or get some alone time.
The grand living room on the main level is the perfect place to hang out as a group, with 4 seating areas, stunning exposed beams, and a natural stone fireplace with the convenience of turn-dial gas logs. There’s also a small library and great natural light for curling up with a good book.
The sunroom is another great space to hang out and watch the beautiful mountain skyline view stretching across the entire back of the property. Or, head downstairs and discover the fun game room and TV lounge. This area provides hours of entertainment for the whole family, with a big flat-screen Smart TV, a comfy sectional sofa, and fun games including foosball and bumper pool. There’s also a kitchenette and bistro-style table here, perfect for serving snacks and drinks.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
This stunning mountain home wouldn’t be complete without an expansive outdoor space that shows off the natural beauty of the location.
You can enjoy amazing views of the mountains and valley from the entire back deck. We've got a truly luxurious hot tub that is custom-built for relaxation to aid in recovery and rest! Inside, you'll find plenty of beach towels to use for drying off. We've also stacked lightweight outdoor chairs and folding tables for your convenience that can be carried out onto the deck.
Walk down from the deck and continue down the picturesque stone stairs and across the backyard into the side yard and you'll see the large stone fire pit there. There is always some stacked wood inside the shed that you are welcome to use.
Although often forgotten about, the front porch is one of our favorite spots. With the view in the back, most people wouldn't think of sitting out front, but we'd recommend it! The wind passes through the trees in such a fantastic way, and this is the perfect place to enjoy it. Sit in one of four rocking Adirondack chairs or grab the hammock from the garage and set it up on the pre-hung carabiners on the trees on the island across the driveway. Please be sure to bring it back in after use to ensure it survives the elements.
If you can tear yourself away from the comfort of home, there are some great spots to explore in the nearby area! You’ll be just a short drive from The Biltmore, some awesome breweries like Sierra Nevada, local restaurants, and plenty of outdoor activities like hiking, horseback riding, and even a gem mine! You could also take a day trip to one of the nearby mountain towns - Asheville, Brevard, and Hendersonville are all favorites!

☆☆ GUEST ACCESS ☆☆
Guests can enjoy private access to the whole house for the duration of their stay, including the expansive outdoor space. We'll send you a code to access the property through the front entrance during your stay.
Wifi is provided at speeds that typically vary between 10-150 Mbps - perfect for those who need to stream or hold video conference calls. There are multiple WIFI 6 mesh routers placed around the house to ensure great coverage. Cell service has worked fine for those on T-mobile and Verizon.
Access to the house is via a paved, private one-lane road. Please note there are no sheer or steep drop-offs on the sides of the road; it's hugged by the mountain all the way up, so for those afraid of heights, you’ve got nothing to worry about. There are parts of the road that are steep. Take your time going up and stick to around 10-15 mph; that way, if you see another car coming, one of the two of you can back into a driveway to let the other pass. Don't ever try to pull off the road into a ditch; always use driveways. Watch out for wildlife along the road, as well as the occasional fallen branch.
*CLEANING*
