Excellent, we hosted a small wedding at the home. Kitchen equipment and accessories were readily available. Loved the oversized fridge and the extra-small one in the room, as we needed the space. The host responded quickly to manage a sink issue (we caused it). Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and very clean. Beach access was great, and they had a lot of extra kids' toys to use on the beach. Loved the oversized kitchen table, which seated 10 comfortably. The carriage house was very nice and well-kept, with a full kitchen. Adult guests commented that the bunk bed mattresses were excellent to sleep on and of very high quality.

Coastal Cabana is a beautifully updated and well-appointed beach front property. The owners thought of just about everything needed for effortlessly preparing meals, having fun on the beach or just having family time. We thoroughly enjoyed the gulf views through the large windows as well as from the deck and the beach was just a few steps away. The large family room and open kitchen with long table in front of the windows provided plenty of seating for our party of 11 people. The communication and responsiveness of the host was great and there were no significant issues with maintenance or our stay overall. We will definitely consider this property and Emerald Coast Luxury Vacation Rentals for our future stays on the Gulf of Mexico.

Great location! Needs some minor repairs due to traffic flow. Private beach, but hard to enforce & no attendant to keep people accountable to the law. So this could be a major issue during the busy times.

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was lovely! The wall of windows was fantastic - what a view! The deck with the substantial furniture was another favorite spot as well as the table for 10 in the kitchen - the beautiful view was front and center from both spots. We were sad to leave the Coastal Cabana!!!

We enjoyed our week at coastal cabana. Everything was great for our group and communication with the property manager was great. The only complaint we had was we would keep losing power to the hot water heater at the main house. We did have someone in our group who could get it working. Also not having each towels was a little bit of a struggle when you have to fly but overall a great week at the beach!

Coastal Cabana was everything & more! My family & I booked a last-minute trip to Miramar & we couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Bob was most helpful with the booking process, he responded quickly to any questions we had before/during our stay, & was overall a great host. The house was clean, the location can’t be beat, & the pool was perfect! We visit the Santa Rosa area often & this was one of our favorite stays. We will certainly return to Bob’s Coastal Cabana in the future for more memories.

We stayed a week early October and the weather was amazing and the beach house was perfect!! There are several homes around but you don’t feel crowded. The private beach access and reserved waterfront area made for a stress free beach experience. The house is beautiful and was very clean. Beds are comfy and the big kitchen space is so useful. The host stayed in great contact, although everything was good and we never needed any assistance. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation at coastal cabana

This was our first family vacation with grandparents, 5 siblings, significant others, 3 babies and a dog. The property was absolutely perfect, you have your own private beach, steps to the ocean, beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from the kitchen and the back deck. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, wonderful property, it was perfect.

The best beach house!

We have had the best week at the beach staying here! The house was decorated beautifully, clean, just perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need, chairs were available, had the best back porch for hanging out. Just cannot say enough good things, we will be back for sure!!!!

The property was beautiful and obviously well cared for. The view of the beach was perfect. The interior was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for our stay! We really enjoyed the large deck and its furniture. Loved seeing the sun come and go each day!!

The house was beautiful. The kitchen was well supplied. All the bedrooms and the bathrooms were spacious. Beautiful large deck overlooking the ocean and with beautiful chairs and large table for outdoor eating. Private stairs to walk down to the ocean. Our family plans to book a reservation next summer.

Fabulous Beach House

Beautiful updated main and carriage house with beautiful kitchen also updated with top-notch appliances and ginormous refrigerator and freezer. Owner extremely responsive and accommodating.
