The house is in a prime central location only 10 minutes drive to the Beach, 5-10 minutes to the Mall and Movie Theater, 10 minutes to Indian River State College, 10 minutes to Dodgertown and 5 minutes to Central Vero Beach. There are numerous restaurants within a 5-10 min drive also.

We have a thorough Deep cleaning throughout the house involving 7-8 hour cleaning and disinfecting of all areas using a combination of highly effective commercial cleaning products that kill 99.99% of germs/bacteria throughout the house. We cover the tables, floors, sheets ,chairs, shelves, racks, upholstery, carpets, bedding, mattresses, door knobs, controllers, faucet handles, and all appliances.

We have a strict no pets policy along with a age requirement of 25 years or older to book. There are no exceptions to this policy!

The house is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house, with a private pool area and backyard which includes the following:
-King bed with memory foam mattress in master suite
-Large outdoor entertainment area: Heated Pool at 88-89 degrees temperatures year round: Gas Grill and Backyard: entire area is surrounded by a 6 foot fence for privacy
-Open Floor Plan with amazing views of pool area
- Large sectional couch in Living Room and panoramic views of the entertainment and pool area.
-Washer and dryer in the unit
-Fresh, fully stocked, clean linens, everyday toiletries, soap and shampoo
-Pots, Pans, Utensils, Oven, and everything else needed to cook meals everyday

There is enough room to sleep 8 people. 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full (bottom of Bunk Bed), 1 Twin (top of Bunk Bed), 1 Large Sectional Sofa

Once inside the house you will immediately walk into the large open floor plan including a living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and dining area. A great place to entertain, relax, and catch up with the entire group of family or friends.

Right outside the living room is access to the pool area. There are two doors that lead to this large outdoor area, one from the living room/kitchen area and one from the Master Suite. The outdoor area has enough seating for 4-6 people and multiple seating options to enjoy the sun, relax around the pool, and drink a warm cup of coffee in the private backyard pool area.

Once back in the house, you will come back to the living room area.

The living room boasts a new 55 inch TV with streaming internet, and cable TV with 100+ channels. You can watch TV while lounging on the new large and comfy sectional that can sit 6-8 people comfortably.

The house has 3 Bedrooms:
The Private Master Bedroom and Full Bath. The Master Bedroom has it's own secluded area separate from the other rooms and bathroom. The king bed is a new memory foam bed with fresh new linens! The master bathroom has a private entrance from the Master Bedroom and includes a stand up shower.

The other two bedrooms have a separate full bathroom and full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed with a new very comfortable mattress. The 2nd guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on the top, and a full size bed on bottom.

Every bedroom also has it's own closet filled with extra hangers along with extra linens, extra towels, and extra pillows.

The kitchen has all the necessities needed to cook any meal including a toaster, blender, and coffee maker.


Both bathrooms include a shower, freshly washed towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and spare bathroom necessities.

You will also have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Enough Laundry detergent to get you through 5 loads will be provided .

Vero Beach Family Visit

Came to VB to spend a few days with my two grandchildren. The home at which we stayed was in a quiet neighborhood nicely maintained. The property seems to be managed very well and was very clean and neat when we arrived. Very smooth transaction through Vrbo and our host, Drew, was fantastic.

This house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, it was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We did not use the pool as much as we would have because removing and replacing the cover each time was not easy. The house has a lovely kitchen but it needs some more comfortable furniture and a couple of comfortable chairs for reading as well as reading lamps. Throw rugs were dangerous as they had no rubber backing and the bathrooms could use grab bars as the bathtub was very slippery. The owner was very responsive when the air conditioning wasn't working, and he offered a midstay cleaning as we were renting for 3 weeks.

This house worked perfect for our family..loved the large living room. Bedrooms were nice and the children loved the bunkbed bedroom. Great vacation home

House was very clean. The property manager was understanding and helpful. The location was ideal. Everything was close by. Some went to fish, others enjoyed the beach, and those that wanted to relax for the day used the pool. This was the easiest vacation home I have had to keep everyone happy.

The house was clean and adequately furnished. It did feel like a rental. The pool was great. We used it everyday. The kitchen was beautiful, obviously recently updated but could have used a bit more cooking equiptment. We do like to cook even while on vacation. We enjoyed our stay and liked Vero Beach.

This house is beautiful and very well stocked with all kitchen items, many towels, and other nice touches. Two charging stations on each nightstand even. The property managers were friendly and accessible and in touch with us shortly before our stay to answer questions. Neighborhood is cute and safe. We will be back!

Cute home with the added bonus of a heated swimming pool. Nice,safe,neighborhood. Reasonable proximity to Vero shops and beaches. Short ride to commercial district which was key. Drew was outstanding in communication and addressing small issues. Overall… we were happy with our choice in picking this property for our monthly stay in Florida. If we happened to come back to the Vero area for winter vacation… we would have no issue in choosing this property again for our stay!

The host is very responsive and accommodating We enjoyed our stay the beds where very comfortable, plenty of space for 7 and two babies , the pool was nice to come home too after a day of play, would definitely stay here again. I give it a 9 out of 10 only because it would have been nice to have tv’s in all rooms for late night relaxing for all…just my preference. Other than that it was wonderful! And I would definitely book it again for another trip! Thank you!

When not hosting, I am a active family-man with two young girls, a baby boy and a beautiful wife at home. They are my life and I absolutely love every minute around them. Prior to having a family, I raced mountain bikes professionally living and traveling in an RV year round. Many of those times I also stayed at vacation rentals myself which made the travelling that much better. Most of my time these days is spent with my family in the outdoors, or running my online mountain bike coaching business, Mtbfitness. On top of that I make it a priority to stay very active and enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and traveling.

I want your stay to bring memories of the amazing sunsets every night right out your window, and the outdoor experiences only minutes away from where you are staying. There are tons of great places to visit along with many outdoor activities that make your stay memorable. If you need me, I will be available through VRBO for as much or as little help as you need a long the way and will make sure your experience is superior to all others out there.

My goal as your Host is to make sure you only have the best experience while staying at our vacation rental. The property will be professionally cleaned every time. Throughout your entire stay you will have consistent, reliable and quick access to me via text, phone, and email. In addition to that, I pick prime locations for every vacation rental I host, and this one is no exception to that.
