Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps five guests across two spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom offers a queen bed, both dressed in soft, boho‑inspired linens. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy, with one attached to the primary bedroom. Room‑darkening shades ensure restful nights after days of sunshine.



Outdoor living

Step outside to an expansive, fully fenced backyard where a private pool invites you to soak up the Florida sun year‑round. A gas BBQ grill stands ready for al fresco meals, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a beach visit effortless. Plenty of seating surrounds the pool, creating a perfect spot for lounging, reading, or sharing stories under the stars.



Kitchen & dining

The large kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a spacious refrigerator, and all the cooking essentials you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. An open‑concept dining area sits just off the kitchen, offering a comfortable space to enjoy meals together while the high‑speed Wi‑Fi keeps you connected.

Aloe Vero is a short drive from McKee Botanical Gardens, Downtown Vero Beach, and South Beach Park. You’ll find charming boutiques, fresh‑seafood restaurants, and easy access to the sandy shoreline, making it simple to explore the coastal town’s natural beauty and local flavor.

The Neighborhood:

Vero Beach is a small graceful city along Florida's Atlantic Coast. Known as being a haven for golf, water sports and fishing. Peaceful beaches, museums, nature tours and a range of hotels make Vero Beach a terrific vacation destination and an important part of the region known as the Treasure Coast.



South Beach Park offers vast beautiful white sands and sand volleyball courts. Downtown’s South Beach Park chronicles the local citrus industry. McKee Botanical Garden has tropical plants and water lily–filled streams. To the north, Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge shelters brown pelicans.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
