Very, very peaceful place just outside of town. Highly recommend. Minor point: You do need to bring your own soap and shampoo as none was provided for our trip that we found.

Relaxing and enjoyable

The house was modem with hardwood floors. Excellent for reading, and completing reports from my business. Large completely equipped kitchen. I would rate the property a five on a five point scale.

Great, roomy and comfortable Game Day house

Property was exactly as advertised. We rented for State football game. Wanted a roomy and comfortable place not in the middle of game day craziness. This fit the bill! Comfortable beds. Very roomy den area with lots of seating. Nice size kitchen. Manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would stay here again for sure.

Very clean home and spacious!

House was very nice on the inside and had lots of room, including at living area off kitchen w tv and a sitting room. Split plan so no right on top of each other. It was nicer than I expected. Its in a rural area so nice and quiet but only 10 min drive to MSU. Would for sure stay here again. Property manager was very nice and easy to reach.

Nice is overstatement

Apart for the AC not working and interior temperatures at 80degrees, there were cleanliness issues. The patio area and all outdoor furniture including grill were very dirty. The stove and oven were not clean. The linens on the pull out sofa were exceedingly dirty and clearly not changed from prior use. Lastly, unmentioned in the listing, there was a resident on the premises who shared driveway and a few feet away from house.

Great for College Visit and Family

This was a wonderful setting, just right amenities, and location outside of town…but just close enough to everything you need! Enjoyed every minute!! So thankful for the hospitality (owner left us snacks and drinks)!

Spacious home near Starkville

Spacious home in a very private location approximately 20 minutes from Starkville. A nice bonus was having a continental breakfast delivered to the front door each morning! There is a single cup Keurig coffee maker and some coffee supplies included. Bring your favorite k-cups to complete your morning wake-up! The check-in process was great and the property manager was very helpful In returning a piece of jewelry that I left behind. There is lots of space to spread out and enjoy a college gameday, but we could not get many football games due to limited programming on the cable/satellite service. Master bedroom boasts a very comfortable bed with controls to raise the head and lumbar supports. We slept like babies!

MSU grad weekend spring 2022

Our family loved the property and how it was set up. The organization and layout made grad weekend fun, and the house provided everything we needed. Loved!! Loved!! Loved this place

We absolutely loved staying here. My husband wanted to move in. We were able to put on a full Thanksgiving dinner for our college kids. Home is beautiful and in a great location. Manager very helpful and kind. Hope to stay here again some day!!

Football Weekend

We rented this property for the weekend to enjoy a college football game and visit family. Check in was easy, the home is well furnished, clean, and spacious. Our only challenge was that the satellite TV dish had moved out of position, apparently during a storm. This complicated watching football prior to going to our game. The cable company could not respond that day so we made do with our mobile devices. This was frustrating but the owner couldn’t have known about it prior to us turning the TV on. It was a great experience overall.
