Tegenvallend verblijf in Sainte Maxime (les acacias)

Gedateerd appartement,, vermoedelijk van de tachtiger jaren - quasi geen onderhoudsinvesteringen / bijzonder slechte afwerking… Zeer kleine douche, douchekop dien je zelf vast te houden, daar deze niet omhoog blijft hangen…, verluchting badkamer 1 zijn 2 gaten die direct in keuken komen, in badkamer 2 gaat raam niet open, dus geen ventilatie…, hier kruipen ook steeds mieren op en rond toilet en lavabo… Gevaarlijke situatie in diverse ruimtes (loszittende en zelfs uit de muur hangende stopcontacten en schakelaars), geen voldoende kookgerei, geen dampkap, waardoor kast boven kookplaat zeer vettig en bevuild is, geen airco, noch in de slaapkamers - noch in de leefruimte, zelfs geen ventilators, enige optie was één klein en zeer lawaaierig -mobiel toestel met een slang waarbij steeds een venster moest openstaan, weinig stopcontacten aanwezig - dus steeds verlengkabel op verdeelblok op de grond (valgevaar), enz… Is zeker geen appartement voor 6 personen, zeer kleine bedden en zetelbed is van zeer slechte kwaliteit, 14 jarige zoon kloeg constant over rugpijn… Slechts 1 paar lakens per bed beschikbaar, waardoor verschoning zeer omslachtig is… PS Eigenaar gecontacteerd met vraag voor ventilators, negatief .Kwam er zelf ook naartoe liet hij weten en had het er nooit te warm gehad. Wij met gezin 16 nachten bezweet alsof we in een vijver lager, overstolen van de muggen (openstaande ramen) en minstens 10 keer per nacht wakker van de warmte = geen nachtrust / geen vakantiegevoel!!! NEGATIEF VOOR TOEKOMSTIGE BOEKING

Peter, Vous vous permettez bien des critiques et à l'avenir je vous conseille de partir dans un pays nordique et surtout dans un Hôtel 5* vu les prestations que vous attendez...... Depuis maintenant plus d'un an, nous louons notre appartement et jamais une telle critique sur celui-ci (voir les avis Airbnb). Malheureusement dans le Var l'été, il fait chaud, et oui il y a des moustiques et des fourmis. En quoi j'en suis responsable ? Vous vous plaignez de manque de drap, mais nous mettons à disposition de nos hôtes une machine à laver. Pourquoi ne pas l'avoir utilisé pour laver ceux-ci ??? , il vous fallait une femme de ménage !!!! La ventilation dans la salle de bain est une VMC générale pour le bloc donc je vois pas d'où viens le soucis, les ouvertures dont vous parlez sont simplement des aérations complémentaires. Désolé si vous avez eu des soucis pour faire tenir la pomme de douche. Je remédierai au problème très rapidement. La fenêtre dans la sdb n°2 fonctionnait auparavant donc on va vérifier également. Concernant les ustensiles de cuisine, il y en a largement de prévu pour une dizaine de personnes donc je ne comprends pas votre réclamation. La climatisation mobile fonctionne parfaitement et mieux que des ventilateurs et surtout pas plus brillant. Par contre dans le sud, on ferme un peu les volets pour éviter que le soleil tape dans la baie vitrée. A priori m'a remarque ne vous a pas plus..... Concernant le canapé lit, celui est de taille normale donc je ne vois pas d'où vient le problème. Le matelas et identique au literie traditionnelle de qualité, donc j'en déduis que vous êtes de très mauvaise fois. Je ne vais pas ma fatiguer plus à vous répondre à vos commentaires très négatifs et infondés. Laurent

Sehr schönes Apartment

Gute Lage waren zu zweit die 2 SZ haben halt die typischen französischen Betten 140x200. Das eine SZ ist klein.Die Ausstattung ist.sehr ist alles da was man braucht .Für uns war es perfekt.
