About this property

Jacksonville Beach House 2bdr&2bth/Pet friendly

As soon as you walk in the house, you'll enter the living room that is furnished with a nice leather couch and a sofa chair, TV, dining table and breakfast bar.  The open kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cabinet spaces and spacious food pantry that can be used to prepare a large family meal.  There is a half bathroom on the first floor that is right next to the laundry room. Up stairs has 2 large 2 bedrooms that have a queen bed, TVs and a futon in each room and can accommodate 4 guests in each bedroom. Oversized bathroom has a double sink and separate walk-in shower. There is a large balcony right outside one of the bedrooms that has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean over the tree top.

Great beach location

This home is only 1 block to the beach! We were able to wash our sandy clothes in the provided washer/dryer which was wonderful! This home was comfortable and quiet.

Why they chose this property

I fall in love with Jacksonville Beach when I first visit my family and friends here back in 2 years ago. A small quiet beach town that conveniently close to everything we need. Quiet and safe neighborhood with super friendly neighbors :)

What makes this property unique

1 block walk to watch beautiful sunrise in early morning and jogging on the beach later afternoon. Half block from tennis courts and park, 3 blocks from Whole-food Market and many of my favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy ride bike alone the beach to breath the fresh ocean-air.
