"The apartment of happiness" is in a residence near the city centre of Issoire with private parking (number 8).
Completely renovated, the F3 has the necessary comfort for your stay.
There is a small terrace and a balcony that almost goes around the apartment.
All linen is provided and you have a bathroom with bath-shower.
The lounge area is comfortable with a TV area and a wifi network by a fibre optic + fan.

The apartment is also close to the A75 motorway and the Hospital Centre.
Free bike available.
Access to the cellar also for storage...

By plane

Clermont-Ferrand-Aulnat International Airport is less than 25 minutes from Issoire (A75).

By train

All major cities in France are connected to the Clermont-Ferrrand train station.
You can then reach the Pays d'Issoire by train and stop at the stations of Parent-Coudes-Champeix, Issoire, Le-Breuil-sur-Couze or Brassac-les-Mines.

By car

Only 4 hours from Paris, 2 hours from Lyon, or 25 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, the Pays d'Issoire is easily accessible.
Ideally located in the centre of Auvergne, you can reach us wherever you want to start by taking the motorways:

To the north: via the A71 and A75 motorways
To the south: via the free A75 motorway
To the east: via the A72 and A75 motorways
To the west: via the A89 motorway
