Anna Maria Island is one of Florida's most beautiful islands. Out of the way, yet easily accessible. Incredible Sunsets and Balmy Breezes on the Gulf of Mexico with its beautiful White Sand Beaches stretching for miles.
Private and very quiet, only two units in this building, the other unit is not a rental unit. This apartment is on the second floor (14 steps) which features two bedrooms both with king size beds, full bath with tub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and private balcony overlooking a canal. The apartment is bright and airy and has been totally renovated summer of 2020. New flooring, fresh paint and all new furniture.
Enjoy days relaxing in the yard or private balcony overlooking the canal and as evening approaches take a stroll to the beach to watch sunset.
