Completely remodeled in January 2025 — new kitchen with butcher block countertops and modern appliances, upgraded bathrooms, and all-new furnishings throughout. The result is a fresh, well-configured two-bedroom duplex in Holmes Beach where the indoor updates match the outdoor setup.

The shared backyard is the centerpiece. A heated pool and spa sit within lush tropical landscaping. The outdoor bar has a gas grill, sink, prep area, dining table, bar stools, and chaise lounges — a complete outdoor entertaining setup that guests consistently describe as the highlight of the stay. It's private, well-shaded, and genuinely resort-level for a duplex property.
Two bedrooms sleep four. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. In-unit washer and dryer. High-speed WiFi included.

The beach is a short walk. Local restaurants, cafés, and shops are within easy walking distance. The free AMI trolley stops nearby. The property is within walking distance of the Anna Maria Island festival grounds — making this a strong base for guests visiting during the island's popular events and markets.

Pet-friendly with a $150 non-refundable fee. One parking space included.

Over all the place was very nice, some of the amenities were lacking. There was only 1 Towel and 1 washcloth per guest. We had problems with ants that a pest service treated twice, yet the ants were still present. The pool and hot tub setting was gorgeous, although the residence was located on a very busy street and traffic noise was bothersome at times.

Spring Training stay

The home was just remodeled after the hurricane. Just a few things we wished it had were some cooking basics like salt and pepper, maybe some things like foil, coffee filters etc. we needed to buy everything. Maybe a few rafts for the pool, also a full length mirror, a deck of cards or a few games. I do understand it was just updated and do understand these may be things they plan on doing. Most rentals have a binder of information, maybe also some suggestions of places to go. I texted day 1 about how to operate the spa, and followed up again, and I believe they were also contacted by the couple on the other side of the duplex. We never got an answer back. I did also have to ask when the trash and recycles went out and where which I did get a response, thank you for that. The backyard is absolute heaven and we wished we could pick it up and take it home with us. The house was clean and we did have every pot, pan utensil etc in the kitchen we needed. Some ants showed up in the bathroom, I texted and someone came quickly to take care of that. The washer and dryer have a lot of controls, we did find the booklets on the back of each machine. We did have a wagon, chairs and beach towels for the beach, which was great! It is only an 8 minute walk. There were 4 aduts and we would all come back! Thank you!
