Amazing staycation

The house is beautifully seated in luscious green. So peaceful and beautiful. We love the privacy and the endless activities available. Will book again in the near future!

Chillin with the Fam

Location was great. Kids and adults enjoyed fishing in the nearby pond and playing games in the big yard. We got to see many deer with their fawns walking by. Perfect place for our large family. Thanks!

Awesome house!

We had an incredible weekend stay at this property! A perfect size for three families with children. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and gas fireplace. Mini golf and golf is close by. Beds and furnishings were super comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more! We plan on booking again!

annual ski trip

This was our third annual trip to Deep Creek for a day of skiing with our friends and the house did not disappoint! The only issues were a few beds that were unmade and a bit of trouble regulating heat/cold in the house. However, the kiddos had a great time, we were able to relax, and we all had a great time!

Terrible situation

We were advised 2 hours before our stay was to begin that the basement was flooded and was inhabitable. Were were also advised that there was no other rentals available basically leaving us on the street. This was a horrible situation!!

I would like to start with a personal apology for this "perfect storm" of unfortunate circumstances that affected your stay. I can understand that this was extremely disappointing. It is unusual for our area to be impacted by hurricanes, but we received several inches rainfall from tropical storm Ida right before your arrival. Local flooding caused extensive damage to the lower level of the home. Our team made you aware and attempted to find alternate lodging. Options were extremely limited as it was Labor Day weekend, and we were not able to find accommodations that were suitable for your group despite contacting other area lodging providers. At that point, we offered a full refund. The home was not rentable for several weeks, but I am happy to report all damage has been repaired. It is rare that we are not able to find a solution that keeps your stay in tact so that you can enjoy your getaway. That is always our goal. License to Chill is a beautiful home with lots of fun amenities. We hope you will give the home and our company another chance should you return to Deep Creek in the future.
