This charming studio is situated on the first floor of a stone barn within the Domaine of Lou Couder, which comprises four properties and two swimming pools. The studio has been completely renovated to provide a comfortable pied à terre for 2!

Wooden steps lead up from the courtyard to the glazed front door.
The open plan living area comprises:
* a large double bed (160cm wide), bedside tables and lamps,
* a glass dining table and two comfortable chairs, TV,
* a well equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, mini oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster
* a shower room with built in washbasin and toilet

The studio has oil fired central heating making it comfortable in low and mid season.
Internet wifi connection

Outside, the studio benefits from a private terrace equipped with table and chairs and parasol, and a stone built barbecue.
It shares a large pool, 10m x 5m, with the neighbouring cottages, La Bergerie sleeping 6 people, and Le Vigneron, sleeping 3. The pool is heated from May to September has sun loungers and parasols.
