Royan – Single-storey HOUSE with enclosed garden in a quiet residential area

This single-storey house offers an entrance, a living room with a flat screen TV and wifi access. An open and equipped kitchen with a gas/electric stove and oven, a hood, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine...
In the night part, there are two bedrooms with one 160cm bed each and a third bedroom with one 90cm bed and its drawer bed. The whole is completed by a shower room and an independent toilet.

In the closed garden and on its fitted out terrace, you can relax during a lunch in the sun thanks to the board for your grills!
Is it too hot? Unfold the manual awning.

There is also a garage where you can park your car, or even in the driveway of the house.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
