Nice house with all the things you need. Lots of equipment in the kitchen. The pool was nice but not as deep as we expected. But it worked well. Nice host that came to help when we needed it. Nice and quiet surroundings

Magnifique propriété très bien équipée ( Il n'y manque rien !) située à proximité de tous les lieux d'intérêt, plages et autres et propriétaire ainsi que personne sur place extrêmement réactives, accommodantes, accueillantes et sympathiques. Merveilleux séjour

Belle maison, fonctionnelle, avec belle piscine. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut, très bien équipé.

Villa agréable

Bon séjour mis à part le mobilier de jardin pas très entretenu (matelas de bain soleil éventré), piscine un peu sale à l'arrivée mais nettoyée par la suite) sinon il ne manquait rien dans la maison, les chambres étaient spacieuses. Gros bémol : les commerces de proximité fermés alors qu'il était noté sur l'annonce qu'ils étaient ouverts. (septembre) ce serait bien de le signaler

Très bonne semaine en famille. Piscine au top et très beau jardin . Maison très propre . Échanges très sympathiques avec le propriétaire, toujours agréable et très réactif . Merci également à Ivana pour son accueil .

Das Haus war sauber und den Bildern entsprechend.Die Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr gut und es wurde auf alle Anliegen sofort reagiert.Vielen Dank Ilvana..Der Pool war sauber. Eine tolle Anlage im allgemeinen.

Wir waren in den letzten zwei Juni Wochen 2023 in derUnterkunft. Es war also noch Vorsaison. Es war also noch sehr ruhig. Was wir auch wollten.Die Nachbarn zur Linken sind ein älteres Ehepaar und zu Rechten war keiner da. Allerdings ist deren Terasse direkt an der von derUnterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie im Internet beschrieben. Der Pool wird regelmässig saubergemacht. Stintino ist nicht weit weg und bietet genügend Auswahl an Restaurants. Parken am besten am Friedhof und man läuft in 10 Minuten bis nach Stintino. Der Strand La Saline besteht aus kleinen Steinen und leider wird das Seegras nicht weggeräumt. Wer im Meer schwimmen möchte mss also weiterfahren. Wir nutzen ihn zum morgendlichen Strandspaziergang. Ausfllüge nach Alghero, Bosa und Castelsardo sollte man machen. Ein Mietwagen erleichtert den Urlaub. Es scheint aber auch Busverbindungen zu geben. Ein grosser Dank geht an Ivana. Sie übergibt nicht nur die Schlüssel sondern ist über Whatsapp stehts erreichbar und kümmert sich um alle Belange. Verständigung über Google Übersetzter ohne Probleme Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

villa beausejour...un nome una garanzia!

La villa è davvero accogliente, sia dentro che fuori; è dotata di un bel giardino con piscina privata circondata da una siepe che garantisce il massimo della privacy, dentro è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort; la mattina ci si sveglia sentendo solo gli uccellini che cantano!!! E' vicina a tutti i servizi e a tutte le spiagge dei dintorni. E' stato davvero "un beausejour!!!!!!

Maison conforme aux photographies et à la description, dans un complexe très bien situé et offrant de nombreuses commodités. Piscine parfaitement adaptée aux familles, et terrasse au top. Nombreuses plages à proximité immédiate.

Soggiorno a Stintino

Buongiorno, nonostante alcune piccole difficoltà iniziali, poi risolte, il soggiorno è stato positivo. La Villa è ben disposta e il suo giardino è un vero plus. Ottima la posizione per poter frequentare le più belle spiagge di Stintino.
