Modern information on their website apartment with 41 sqm living area. on the outskirts of Neustadt in Holstein. Just 300 meters to the nearest beach, 3 km from Pelzerhaken, 10 km to Scharbeutz or Grömitz. Suitable for 2 people. Separate bedroom with 140 cm wide bed, kitchenette, living room with sofa bed, shower and balcony. Kite and water sports area nearby. 500 m to the Schön Klinik.

Neustadt in Holstein is located in the heart of Lübeker bay. The place has a beautiful harbor, offers shopping, offers numerous activities Water exercise is an ideal starting point for excursions to the beaches of Sierksdorf, Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer beach and Grömitz.

The holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Neustadt swell after Pelzerhaken. The nearest sandy border is just 300 meters away. There is a beach, a playground and a beach bistro on the beach promenade. The supermarket is 50m away. A parking space is available.

The apartment on the 2nd floor can be reached via a staircase or Portico. After opening the door, you are go off in the hallway with kitchenette which the separate bedroom, the bathroom and the living room. The hallway is bright as the room through a glass door / window, the light from the living room lets in. The living room has a large dining table, a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a 32 inch LED TV. From the living room you can go out onto the balcony, which also offers seating. The device handle is modern, all rooms are equipped with real wood parquet. The bathroom has a toilet, a wash basin, a shower and a heated towel rail. The bedroom has a mattress 140 x 200 cm and a wardrobe.

We are pleased about the visit of individuals, couples and small families up to 3 people. Pets are not allowed. In the apartment smoking is not allowed

Der Check-In lief super, die Anweisungen waren genau. In der Unterkunft angekommen, waren wir etwas überrascht über den Staub und die Spinnen überall. In jeder Ecke saß mindestens eine Spinne, hinter den Vorhängen im Schlafzimmer und am schlimmsten im Bett lag eine tote Spinne. Da ich persönlich diese Tiere nicht sonderlich mag, habe ich mich nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Auch der Staub auf den Möbeln hat mich gestört.

Schöner Rückzugsort für Kurzurlaub

Eine schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung die als toller Rückzugsort sich nach einem langen Tag eignet. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber zweckmäßig und reicht für ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Top Einweisung zum Thema Parkplatz, Schlüssel und Wohnung. Wir haben die Zeit nach dem Xletix in Grömitz hier genossen. Einzig das Bett ist etwas kurz sobald man 1,90+ ist. Würden defintiv noch mal hier zurück kommen. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Klein aber sauber und sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben hier eine superschöne Woche verbracht und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Heizung wird per Remote faktisch abgeschaltet?!!!

An sich okay, das Bett könnte durchaus breiter sein (140cm), es gibt keine Tür zum Schlafbereich, so dass man in der Nacht dem lauten Kühlschrank "lauschen" darf. Was aber gar nicht geht ist bei den kühlen Ostertagen die Heizung per WLAN Fernzugriff über den Router auf 16°C runter zu drehen, woraus dann in Summe eine Zimmertemp. von 15°C entstand. Drehte man die Heizung etwas hoch, wurde Sie konsequent wieder zurück gedreht!

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber man hat alles was man braucht und ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich das Waschbecken im Bad ist etwas sehr Mini, dafür gibt's aber eine super Regendusche. Nur ca 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer. Der Vermieter hat auf Fragen schnell reagiert. Werde gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle kleine Wohnung

Diese liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist perfekt zu zweit. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Kleine Küche, dafür die Ostsee einen Steinwurf entfernt. Mehr braucht man nicht.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee.

Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Nähe zur Ostsee lädt zu wunderschönen Spaziergängen ein. Man hat sehr viel Ruhe und kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Der Balkon lädt ab mittags zum Verweilen in der Sonne ein.

Schöner Urlaub

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergebe durch Schlüsselsafe. Sehr nahe Lage zum Strand. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Allerdings sollte doch eine Endreinigung durch Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden,weil jeder eine andere Auffassung von Sauberkeit hat.
