Good compromise town countryside, the Villa is located outside the holiday centre of Maeva.
10 minutes walk from the historic centre of Argentat, close to the Dordogne river (less than 100 m) at the entrance of the departmental biodiversity reserve.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison familiale, les photos sont conformes à la propriété, la vue sur les collines et aller dans le centre historique en longeant la Dordogne à pied sont un plus, nous avons pu nous ressourcer et découvrir tous les jours la région où il y a plein d'activités à faire et de sites à voir, nous recommandons la villa Maminou sans souci ! Merci Martine !
