During Spring and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Holidays are a 4-night minimum.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Outside Guests are allowed with permission from the main association. If you will have visitors, please inform us as there are restrictions.
