Newly remodeled! IR5 is a cozy first-floor studio that sleeps 4 and an affordable option walking distance to the beach. The nautical-themed sleeping area has a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa. The bright dining area has seating for four to enjoy meals together, playing cards or your favorite board games while gazing out the windows. The kitchen has all the essentials you need to enjoy your stay with a stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffeemaker, plus utensils, pots, pans, and dishes (**No dishwasher**). The full bathroom separates the sink from the stool and shower, so two people can get ready at once. Simply cross the boardwalk over the beautiful rolling dunes to enjoy the Gulf beach. Amenities include TV, WIFI, access to picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Cute 1 bed and 1 bath! Perfect for my husband and I for a weekend getaway! We enjoyed having the golfcart with our stay!

Great Location

Very family oriented. This is the 2nd year that we have stayed in these condos and we have enjoyed it both times. This year with the added golf cart was so much fun for our family.

Someone took good pictures. This had to be the most run down place I've ever stayed at. The walls all over were dirty, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Dirty tub, filthy behind the door. Stuff falling from the ceiling above the bathtub and into it while showering. Paint peeling, bottom of doors peeling up. My kids feet turned black walking barefoot inside the room. This was the first couple of hours so obviously the floors were filthy too. Now the beds. I know for a fact the comforter hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Stains of an unknown origin on the dark bedding. Luckily we brought our own pillows, sheets and blankets. The bed mattresses were so poor you could literally feel the springs. The kitchen was a whole other story. Other than needing a place to sleep we made due. The staff at the complex was friendly but I can guarantee, I will never ever ever recommend this apartment to anyone. Do yourself and your family a favor and look for a different room. Avoid #5

Nothing like the pictures

The condo was very dirty, sand everywhere. I killed two spiders the first night. The shower dripped the whole time. Giant black dust bunnies kept falling from the ceiling tiles in the shower. The WiFi never worked. No response from management when I reached out for assistance. Under no circumstances should you book this condo it’s gross.

Fun & Beachy getaway

Loved how close this was walking distance to the beach! Easy access, affordable, and friendly family-oriented crowd. Room was pretty dusty / sandy in some places, but was excellent for the price!

Not the nicest area to stay at in Port A, however the condo was just as described and the walk to the beach was short and sweet. Great pool close by and a cute outdoor sitting/eating area.

Cozy awesomeness!

I love that I was able to text with the property manager and check in/out that way. The location was perfect! That part of the beach was not as busy as the beach closer to the pier. Not too far over the boardwalk to the beach. The condo was perfect for me and my friend, small, cute, and clean. Would definitely stay at this property again!
