This studio has a private balcony that overlooks the tropically landscaped pool area where you can sit and watch a beautiful sunset and the Corpus Christi lights come to life at night. With 550 square feet this studio has a king sized bed and a twin size sleeper and will accommodate 3 people. With a fully equipped kitchen and a full bath you should have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With the beach just steps outside the front door, you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.
**This Condominium Unit is part of CASA on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is professionally managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates for this property are set by the Co-Owner's Association and are not negotiable. You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and check-in.
