Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Everything was fine. Lots of nice people. I really appreciated the first floor room with access to the pool and parking lot. It really helps as I am handicapped. The hot tub is AMAZING! met so many people from all over the country. I love me some Port A. Only live about an hour away, but it is the best beach town EVER.

My husband and I “stumbled “ onto this property on VRBO and we absolutely loved it! The room was bright and clean, very comfortable, and checked off all our boxes. Cozy Remodeled Studio on The Beach

This property is a hidden gem tucked behind other condos and adjacent to Cinnamon Shores. We enjoyed the fact that it is a bit further down the beach and away from the heavy traffic/crowds, yet a quick golf cart or car ride to everywhere you want to be in Port A. The front desk staff was friendly and offered helpful suggestions. We stayed during SandFest and it was still a peaceful location to be even with those crowds. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Great place for a short stay as it had everything we needed and nicely updated. The only thing I thought they might add are some hooks for bathroom towels on the back of door? We just hung up our towels on the shower rod.
