This cozy 550 sq ft retreat features a mini-fridge in the kitchen as well as a full stove and everything you need to cook a delicious meal, and a full bathroom for everything you need to feel right at home. Rest easy on the comfy queen-size bed or stretch out on the futon sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. Your perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and seaside adventure starts here!

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

This condo is really about location. The condo itself was a little run down, furniture didn’t work properly, and it didn’t come with beach towels. Considering this is a beach property I was shocked.

Just right

Our first time to Port Aransas for our Anniversary. The condo was great with all the necessary amenities, the office super friendly. Loved that it was right on the beach and only 5 minute drive into town. We enjoyed the small town experience of Port A. Unfortunately it was cloudy and and extreme fog couple of the days, of course nobody’s fault. Would definitely come back to Casa condos if we’re ever back in this direction, except maybe during warmer days.

The room was not cleaned very well upon entering. There was a dead cockroach in the middle of the room and the bathtub was not cleaned at all. The bed is also really uncomfortable.
