Great, clean and quiet condo near the beach!! Although it’s an older, remodeled neighborhood, we were primarily looking for a quiet pleasant place, close to the beach, clean, nicely decorated, easy to check in/out, near restaurants and easily accessible. We were comfortable and completely satisfied. I recommend considering staying here for anyone planning a visit to Destin.

The property was very clean inside and out. Everything we needed was supplied. The owner was quick to respond and kind. It is a quiet complex with nice landscaping. It is a short walk to the beach with the gate being directly across from the property entrance. It is a great place for dogs and includes large grassy areas with waste bags and cans throughout the property.

My husband, my self, and our 13yr old son stayed here October 2025 and we absolutely loved it. Only a few steps to the beach. This condo was packed with supplies. I enjoyed the family atmosphere and felt safe with my son riding around the neighborhood on the bikes that were provided. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully clean, well stocked unit perfect for our get-away week! Close enough to town for supplies, but super relaxing beach vibe. Our hosts were awesome, happy to quickly respond to any questions we had.

Perfect condo for a family of 4 and a fur baby

We enjoyed our stay! It's a comfy and cute condo! We loved the convenience of the short walk to the beach and pool! The property is also dog friendly and has plenty of doggy bags located around. We definitely will be booking again!

Great stay

Everything was as described. We loved the decorations we love the beach theme. Short walk to the beach. Was able to bring our fur babies which was a must for us. Overall we had a great stay.

Pleasant stay

Everything was a positive experience, from the booking process to communicating with the host. The condo was clean and supplied with everything needed for the time spent there. The private beach access was definitely a plus as well! Would look into staying again in the future

We loved the condo and the location to the beach and the pool. Our pets were very happy with the little yard off the back porch. Nice and close to places to eat (one close by let us bring our dogs!) All together perfect.

Great condo in Destin

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at John and Maggies condo. They are great hosts and the condo is always clean. Its only a few steps from the beach and a few restaurants. Everything you need for an enjoyable visit to Destin. We have already booked this condo again for next year. My wife and I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect getaway

Our stay was wonderful. Everything about this condo was perfect. My family couldn't have had a better trip. The location to the beach was the best. The condo was clean and felt very welcoming. We had no problems at all. My family can't wait to make plans to return.

Perfect location

Could not ask for a better location. Easy walk to private beach and restaurants. Might want to bring toilet paper and laundry detergent. May not have enough to last throughout the stay.

Birthday trip!!

We loved the condo. Had everything in it, that we needed. It was very clean. John & Maggie were great!! If you are looking for a one bedroom, right across the street from the beach, this is the place. We will for sure be back!! Thank you John & Maggie for having such a great place!
