What could be better! This STUDIO-CABIN is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne and the beach.
Located on the ground floor of the building "Les PĂ©licans", it is composed of an entrance cabin with 2 bunk beds (90cm), a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV, a kitchen area equipped with a 2 burner vitro hob, a microwave, a mini oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a shower room with toilet and a washing machine.

PRIVATE PARKING SPACE N° 34 - TERRACE - GARDEN FURNITURE - SMALL PETS ONLY ALLOWED
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
