This 2BR/2BA ground-floor villa offers luxury and convenience with partial ocean views and no stairs. Key features include:

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This place was amazing! The location was fantastic, the unit was spotless, beautifully furnished and equipped. So many thoughtful touches that they are really too numerous to list, including toiletries in case we forgot anything. Would definitely come back!

A Very Sweet Sixteen!

Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday for a girls trip and it was absolutely delightful! The condo was clean, and incredibly well stocked with thoughtful items that enhanced the stay. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms very nice. Really appreciated the great communication. Thank you!!

Great getaway!

This was our second visit to this property and it was, again, awesome! Everything about the condo is welcoming and accommodating. Instructions about entering the unit and checking out were very clear and Diane was very helpful in her communication. Will definitely stay here, again!

Mom’s birthday weekend

Had a great time down at Seascape this weekend! The early check-in time was super helpful and the unit was beautiful. It had very nice finishes and furnishings and was just perfect for the birthday for Mom. Location was very nice and private, yet close to the pool and beach.

Perfect Getaway

FANTASTIC BEACH CONDO!!

I surprised my husband with an Anniversary getaway and Dianne's place was perfect. He was blown away! The condo is clean, private, quiet, and well stocked with most everything you will need. The path to the beach was beautiful. The only thing I would recommend is a full length mirror🙂 We loved our stay and will be back, Thanks Dianne for allowing us to stay, 5 Stars!

Best place to rent at Seascape

The owner of this villa goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, the villa is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, and bathrooms, if you forget any toiletries she kindly provides anything you need. The villa has easy access to the beach and pool. The communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant, she answered all my questions and she was available every time I contact her. I will lease this villa again on my next trip to the beach..

This is the most organized condo we have ever rented. Diane is amazing, & thought of everything!

Great condo, amazing location. The amenities that Diane has provided are incredible. She truly has thought of everything. We had a wonderful time. Our only downside was the last night with the tenants who rented the condo above. They were extremely loud and sounded as if they were moving furniture until after 1 am. But Diane's Condo we will most definitely rent again. Thank you Diane!

Wonderful accommodations for elderly parent

We had a short stay at Rio Del Mar, but our accommodations were perfect for 3 sisters and our elderly mother. The ground floor, one-level condo with a handicap shower and handicapped parking out front was ideal. The unit is tastefully decorated, and Diane’s thoughtful touches with toiletries, condiments, spices, and snacks was much appreciated. We lost power on our second day, and several flashlights in the unit helped us immensely. Diane was also accommodating of our need for an alternate checkout arrangement. While we had neither the weather nor the time to properly enjoy the Seascape resort, I would not hesitate to return to Rio Del Mar.

Excellent Property, with tons of ADA features

My husband is a quad/wheelchair user. It was a roomy, airy property. The doors (including sliders) were wide. The handicapped parking space close to the unit. While we did not use all of the accessibility features, they include accessible bathroom/shower, kitchen sink. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. A cool idyll away from the summer heat of our home. The only issue we had was that the bed did not have quite enough clearance for the Hoyer lift we use for transfers. We ended up using the sofa bed, and I have communicated to the property owner about this and she has responded positively. If you do board or self transfer, this will not be an issue.

My family and I live approximately 45 minutes from Seascape Resort. I am a Real Estate and Loan Broker with vast experience in long term and short term rentals. I have owned and managed many properties including Vacation rentals. We purchased this unit because we fell in love with the location near the end of the building away from all the noise. We really likes that it has no stairs and 3 patios to the greenbelt space. Our unit also is next to the beach trail which takes us down to miles and miles of beaches. The unit is remodeled and has ADA attributes.

This property is spacious end unit with no stairs and offers 3 patios. Plus the beach path is right next to our unit. We have a family of deer that like to munch on the vegetation right out side our unit. It's is perfect for a weekend getaway, week long family trip or a romantic escape.
