This is a pet free property. You will be charged a $1000 fine if you bring a pet into this home.

Enter this cozy home through the well-appointed kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to make your favorite home cooked meals. Relax in the living room in the evenings or enjoy the backyard with provided gas grill. The Main floor features a ½ bath with full vanity. Upstairs offers a Master bedroom with a KIng-sized bed and attached balcony and a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Between the two rooms sits a full bath with shower/tub combo. In the basement you will find a washer and dryer for all you laundry needs.

Please note this home does not have AC, most homes in Montana do not have air conditioning. We encourage our guests of Homestead 1 to open the windows at night to enjoy the cool evening temperatures and close those windows during the day (including curtains/blinds) to keep cooler air inside the home. For your safety, please only open windows when you are present in the home. Additionally, homes will have fans located in the bedroom closets.

Minimum Age Requirements

Yellowstone National Park Closures.

The West Gate of Yellowstone National park will be closed from March 15th to April 21st 2023 to prepare for the summer season. The West Gate will then remain open for the summer season from April 21st until November 1st 2023. The West Gate is scheduled to reopen on December 15th 2023 for the over snow season. Please note these dates are subject to change, please confirm your travel details prior to your arrival.
