This single story ranch house has a massive open living space that is perfect for entertaining or relaxing (pool table, 75" TV, oversized sectional couch, completely open kitchen), and opens to the backyard through 16' sliding doors, complete with a brand new 7 seater hot tub, lounge furniture with fire pit, propane BBQ, and dining table and chairs.

The backyard has stunning valley and mountain views where the sun sets. The lush landscape provides a peaceful setting, with plenty of space to wander (10 private acres!) and unlimited privacy. This is a pet friendly property with a completely fenced in backyard!

We've even converted the garage to a dedicated championship ping pong room with a professional tournament edition ping pong table. Friends, couples, families, the Great Yosemite Retreat at Paso Del Oso has something for everyone.

Yosemite retreat

It looks even more beautiful in person. The sunsets are phenomenal and it was perfect after a long day of hiking. Very relaxing. We plan on returning.

Private property w amazing views 5 min from Mariposa

This is a very unique property in that it is very private and has spectacular views on all sides, but it is only a 5 minute drive from the heart of Mariposa where there are restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. You can catch the bus that goes directly to Yosemite (or drive there). The house is quiet, clean, and has plenty of games and tv programs for entertainment. The kitchen is even bigger & nicer than in the photos.

Great family vacation!

Great house in a gorgeous setting!! Hosts were very attentive and helpful! Jacuzzi could not be placed in a more beautiful spot! Thank you for a wonderful trip for my husband, two teenage sons, and my parents!
