Our own Covered Boat slip #2 is direclty behind unit downstairs, Park your boat easy access LIft. Elevator in building. Three bedroom, three full bath. 2200 square feet, Free wifi and Cable, Samsung SMART TV's in ALL rooms. Upstairs bedroom has two queens and Pullout Couch Queen. Washer/DRYER. NEW Appliances, dishwasher, Fridge, and Cooking pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker. Wagon to carry items, Corn Hole Game, Couple minute walk down road directly to beach. Jog and bike down side walks, bring flash lights for sand crabbing with kids, and see the most incredible sunsets ever off balcony. play cornhole in parking lot, everyone is very friendly. This home is Wonderful! Great views to the boat channel and Has a spacious balcony. The ocean is a short walk from the front door. The owners were wonderful about communicating check-in information and very accommodating. Check out was super easy.

The condo was gorgeous and the location was perfect for us. We have a boat that we took down and everything worked out perfectly. Our granddaughters (3) enjoyed the private upstairs area and loved being so close to the beach and pool. Highly recommend this condo.

The property had everything we could ask for. The boat slip with lift made our fishing trip so easy and fit my boat perfectly. The property is directly beside the marina as well. We couldn’t have asked for better facilities or location.

Beautiful, spacious, and relaxing!

Condo was spacious for our family of 6 plus a toddler! The view from the patio overlooking the canal was gorgeous. Loved the covered parking garage, storage room to keep all our beach items, private pool, and boat slips to fish at. Short walk to the beach across the street. Great seafood market called the Shell Shack right next door, plus a marina market. Ben was awesome at communicating with me and was an excellent host. Highly recommend!
