The fully-equipped kitchen is what dreams are made of. It's spacious enough to let whoever is the chef of the group move around freely and easily. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances will make cooking a breeze. You can enjoy your meals indoors or on the patio, which features a convenient picnic table. Snuggle up in the sectional sofa on the porch and watch the sunset. The private gas grill will be perfect for BBQ nights.

This unbeatable location is perfect for a secluded getaway. You'll be less than nine miles west from downtown Blanco where you can find a handful of great restaurants. There you can also find Blanco State Park, which is the perfect spot for swimming, picnicking, hiking, and boating. The greatest attraction of Blanco is the unique Blanco River that weaves right through the center of town–it's another great spot for outdoor activities such as fishing and tubing. Visit Fredericksburg, which is 42 miles away and offers its visitors all kinds of thrilling shops, restaurants, and historic sites.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
