Local grocery shops are all within walking distance. The living space seats 5 comfortably. There are loads of books to peruse and a top-notch napping area.

They say that no coffee is better than bad coffee - and I concur. Vancouver has some of the finest coffee joints in the world. Local shops include Matchstick, Foglifter, Prado, JJ Bean, and a short hop to Nemesis, Revolver, Platform 7, Argo Roasters, and many more.
