Surround yourself with luxury and relaxation! This corner beach condo is located along a bubbling stream amid lush tropical foliage. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, single story condo. The charming ocean-inspired interior features a gorgeous wood-look tile fireplace, 1 love seat and a sectional with a queen sofa sleeper (updated 2024), . Slab granite counters and a subway tile backsplash enhance the gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and serving pieces. The primary retreat has a new tiled tub/shower combo (updated 2024) and the second bedroom offers a tiled walk-in shower (updated 2024).

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

North Coast Village offers billiards, ping pong, a new fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool for parties. It is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for people around the world. The complex consists of nine three-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the lagoon-style heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. Great Vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was exactly what I needed for my son, his son and me, we had plenty of room to move around and 2 bathrooms. There was a lot of construction/remodeling going on which got noisy so that was unfortunate, and they closed some of the amenities because of construction and we were not warned in advance. The property management was really helpful and accomodating, however, one female member of security harassed my son when he was working out. All the other patrol officers were VERY helpful. I would rent this place again but not while construction is going on.

Fun stay in Oceanside

We enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. It seemed pretty mellow at the complex. Pool was warm, hot tub nice. The unit itself could use some updating as others have mentioned. Parking is convenient with a dedicated spot. We loved feeding the koi.

Trees and water sounds were delightful and relaxing. Close to the beach. Huge complex so keep your map handy. Security could have been a little more friendly.

Nice but a few things could change

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice but needs some love, fireplace didn’t work, a few heaters didn’t work . Clean but a few issues, for example primary bedroom bathroom had a toilet seat that didn’t fit the toilet. Very very cold when we arrived and window was open in guest bedroom bathroom so even colder inside then it should have been. Tv in living room very hard to use and had no roky even though there was a remote for one. Sliding glass door didn’t lock. Beach chairs were very large and hard to carry to the beach. No coffee. The other unit we stayed in had a Kuerag and coffee for a few days. We arrived very late due to travel delay and were disappointed to not even have one morning of coffee. Little touches go along way.

The proximity to the beach, pool and hot tub make it a great central location for a family traveling with young children. This is the first time we stayed in this unit. It was clean. The kitchen had everything week needed (pots/pans/can openers/etc). Check in was easy.
