Breathtaking Ocean View Penthouse with Spacious Patio, E-305

This condo has one of the very best views in North Coast Village. It is located on the top floor, approximately 200 feet from the shore, in the 3 story building closest to the ocean. The views of the ocean and harbor from the spacious patio (12’ x 20’) are very beautiful and relaxing. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sun go down.

There’s plenty of room for six in this two bedroom/two bath unit (1,157 sf), with a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs master suite has a king size bed with walk in closet and private bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has two queen size beds. The living room has plenty of seating, a sofa sleeper, and an ocean view deck. All rooms have windows or doors with ocean views and ceiling fans. There are flat screen TV’s with cable subscription in each room and a free Wi-Fi connection. The living room TV has an internet connection. The temperatures and ocean breezes make for very comfortable conditions almost all the time. Discounts are available for weekly and monthly rentals. Please contact owner to find out more. There is no air conditioning in any of the North Coast Village units.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the sheets (not blankets or covers) and dry used towels at the bottom of the stairs. Please leave any wet towels and washcloths hanging in the bathroom.
Take all trash and recyclables to the trash chute and recycle bins located between buildings E and F. Please make sure all heaters, fireplaces and lights are off.
Close windows and doors and lock the front deadbolt lock as you leave. Make sure the umbrella on the upper patio is folded down.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful week-long getaway! Check-in was a breeze, and the place was spotless and well maintained. Enjoyable Ocean Views

We had a wonderful time. The ocean views were great, just as advertised. Loved hearing the waves crashing in. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Very close to many restaurants and great walks on the beach. We would love to come again someday.

The unit was clean and nicely located to the beach. The owners’ communication was excellent. They even had nice touches in the unit for Christmastime. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for out family. All the necessities for the beach as well as toys and games for the kiddos. The owners even drove down to drop off a new blender as the one in the condo wasn't working. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Great location. Easy parking and beach access.

Great stay. Parking under the building with easy elevator access that was close to the parking spot. Located on the West side of the complex. When high tide, many fewer people than on the east side since the water kept people from walking from the more populated area. Great view. Got to watch a surfing event across the river.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The ocean views were spectacular. Mark and his daughter was great to work with and very accommodating. The grounds of North Coast village are beautiful from the pool, hot tub to the Coy fish pool. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely return for another visit.

Wonderful Condo-Great Location

Great condo in the North Coast Village. Beautiful views from both balconies. Everyone enjoyed the beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella. Condo was clean and well stocked. The San Luis Rey bike trail is directly next to the complex, and the harbor and pier are both walking distance. Had a wonderful pre-school vacation!

Property complex was amazing. The gardens and walking paths were clean and beautifully maintained. The parking garage was well-lit and spotless. The unit was clean and comfortable. We packed what we needed but if we forgot or found we needed something, it was probably available in the unit. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We checked in on a weekend and the process was well-organized and easy. Oh - and the beach was close and beautiful

Perfect Family Vacation

Excellent time at the beach!!

The property is an amazing location and an even cooler complex. The property owners were awesome at communicating everything about getting checked in. Very happy with the overall experience. The apartment was cozy and clean. Loved the beds!! Super clean and we all slept like babies to the sounds of the ocean waves!! We will most definitely be back next time we are in Oceanside!!

Fun in the Sun

We visit Oceanside 2 times a year. This is the first time we stayed in this property and it didn’t disappoint. Arnold was very responsive to questions we had and he was also very accommodating to special requests. The sunset view from the upper deck was beautiful and the space was very clean, comfy and cozy.

What makes this property unique

The condo complex is right on the beach. The temperatures and ocean breezes make for very comfortable conditions almost all the time. There is no air conditioning in any of the North Coast Village units. From the condo, you just take the elevator down to the pool area and walk around the pool out to the front of the complex and you are on the beach. The complex is also walking distance to the harbor and pier where there are many restaurants and shops. Sea World, San Diego Zoo and Lego Land are also nearby attractions.
