This villa, located in Loubressac, is ideal for 8 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool from 15 April to 15 October and an enclosed garden.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 9 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, and 2 including 2 single beds, The bathroom is fitted with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The villa features a washing machine, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and central heating.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 70 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 12 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.3 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
The heating fee is not included in the price, to be paid according the consumption.
