Only 3 kms from all the shops and services, in the centre of the department and therefore close to the unmissable tourist sites to visit, Le Balcon de Louise has an immediate appeal, where you feel good...a real "coup de coeur"!On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen with built-in units, laundry room, separate toilet; a dining area, living room and lounge area with large corner sofa and flat screen TV. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms with a bed 160, and a bedroom with 2 beds 90; all bedrooms have their own shower room + wc. Electrically operated roller shutters, reversible air conditioning, wifi. Outside, a beautiful terrace shaded by a wisteria in season, wooded grounds (with a planned swimming pool), parking.

Le balcon de Louise est un beau et bon logement. Très bien entretenu.Bien situé pour découvrir la région.Au calme et à 2 km de gramat où on peut faire toutes ses courses.C'est idéal pour tout, y compris la vaisselle en grande quantité.Literie impeccable.Tout le confort et propre partout.Climatisé dans tout le logement.Excellent accueil des propriétaires Avec petits cadeaux alimentaires succulents.
