Living room with fully equipped open kitchen. The living space has been designed with openings on each side allowing you to enjoy shaded areas throughout the day.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms :

Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed (160 * 200) with shower room and toilet. Access to the swimming pool and unobstructed views of the mountains.

Bedroom 4: Located on the lower level of the villa, this room is completely independent.

OUTDOOR
The main terrace overlooks the 10* 3.5 swimming pool (heated from April to November) and has a bioclimatic pergola, ideal for enjoying the pool while staying cool.
The terrace is very well equipped with a relaxation area, a relaxation lounge and a sunbathing area with several sun loungers.
On the other side of the villa, a second space has been converted into a dining area with a plancha, sink and pizza oven.
The garden has been created so that young and old alike can spend a pleasant holiday.
For the little ones, a hut with climbing wall, trampoline, games, ping pong table and swing are available.
For older children, several corners are arranged to enjoy the view in peace. A petanque court is also available.
The land is completely fenced with several parking spaces available (max 4)
Pets are allowed.

For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.
