Waterfront house on the Gâvres peninsula

Welcome to the Gâvres peninsula!
Open your windows to a dream setting and recharge your batteries in a preserved environment with direct access to the beach from the terrace of the house.
A little corner of paradise with multiple activities around the sea: beach, swimming, fishing on foot, sailing, kitesurfing, surfing, paddle boarding...
You will have a front row seat to the ballet of the boats between the island of Groix, Larmor Plage, and Port Louis, a permanent spectacle.

The house consists of:
On the ground floor of a fitted kitchen open to the dining room with access to the terrace on the sea side, a bedroom with its shower room, WC, a garage with shower for the return from the beach.
On the ground floor a TV lounge with a wood stove, a master suite with dressing room and its shower room, a bedroom with a large double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds for children, another shower room, WC.
On the second floor, there is a large games area with table tennis, table football, and darts.
Outside a terrace to the east to enjoy the sun in the morning, a terrace to the west on the sea side with direct access to the beach by a staircase (miller's) from the terrace.

Bed and household linen (and any other service) can be rented from the Gâvres concierge (linen included for any stay of more than 6 days).

Wifi internet access is provided by very high-speed Fibre optic access, perfect for teleworking and videoconferences.

A private charging station for electric vehicles is available.

From the house, you will have access to all the local services on foot (mini-market, pharmacy, bars, restaurants). Other shops and an Intermarché are located in Plouhinec.

A local market is held every Thursday morning in Gâvres, and every Saturday morning in Port Louis.

A water bus, accessible on foot, allows you to reach Port Louis, then Larmor Plage / Lorient.
