Le Castelet is fully equipped and comfortable. This very cosy apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small residence of the most quiet. The metro line B "Saint Michel Marcel Langer" is at 7min walk. You will be in the heart of the Busca district and close to the city center, with very fast access to bus lines L4, L7 and 44. The room in mezzanine is equipped with arrangements and a bed linen two places (140x190).

The accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Toulouse and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present you the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.

Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival.

To start your stay, we offer you some coffee pods, tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Le Castelet has been designed by an architect, equipped with beautiful materials, stones, beams and wood to offer you a warm interior. Its geographical situation will allow you to discover the city very easily.

Tout le nĂ©cessaire pour passer un bon sĂ©jour. 🙁 En cas de forte chaleur, il serait bien d'avoir la climatisation. Il serait aussi prĂ©fĂ©rable d'avoir des toilettes non loin de la chambre."

Le Castelet SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able, logement correspondant aux photos affichĂ©es sur l’annonce (l’appartement est cependant moins lumineux que sur les photos qui ont Ă©tĂ© retravaillĂ©es), les nombreux Ă©quipements annoncĂ©s Ă©taient prĂ©sents et fonctionnels. L’accĂšs est facile en voiture comme en transports en commun, le quartier est trĂšs calme et dispose de toutes les commoditĂ©s Ă  moins de 100m (boulangerie, supĂ©rette, pharmacie, restaurant, etc.) L’agence co-gĂ©rante Cocoonr est trĂšs arrangeante et la communication est facile et rapide. Pour rebondir sur un autre avis notifiant que le lit n’était pas confortable, le matelas Ă  sĂ»rement dĂ» ĂȘtre changĂ© parce que ce n’était absolument pas le cas. Pour pointer les aspects moins Ă©logieux : les murs prĂ©sentent quelques tĂąches par endroits, certaines plinthes ne tiennent pas au mur et la douche et le lavabo de la sdb Ă©taient bouchĂ©s Ă  mon arrivĂ©e (ils sont dĂ©bouchĂ©s maintenant). Bien qu’un peu tarabiscotĂ©, le logement prĂ©sente un charme certain.

Le Castelet "🙂 Los armarios y la cocina. HabĂ­a muchos enchufes 🙁 El dormitorio, incĂłmodo (cama en el suelo), abuhardillado y me pase los cuatro dĂ­as encorvado ya que me daba con el techo. El cuarto de baño con el inodoro en el piso de abajo y el resto en el piso de arriba y todo muy estrecho excepto la ducha. No habĂ­a ascensor y no estaba avisado y con una escalera muy incĂłmoda. Interruptores de la luz mal situados, no se podĂ­a apagar la luz desde la cama ni leer en ella. En general muy escasa iluminaciĂłn."

Le Castelet "Pas bon de tout! ATTENTION!!! Le lit n’est pas confortable de tout, le matelas est dĂ©jĂ  trĂšs utilisĂ©, pas fermĂ©, donc ne soutient plus le dos. Au but de 3 nuits moi et mon mari avons mal au dos et n’arrivons plus Ă  dormir. (RĂ©serve de 23 jours) L’agence Cocoonr n’était pas rĂ©actif, aucune solution ne mĂȘme pas une rĂ©ponse dans un dĂ©lai raisonnable (moins de 12h). On a eu besoin d’acheter un matelas gonflable pour dormir pendant 5 jours qu’on demandait le remboursement, puisque pour eux ils ne changeront pas le matelas. GrĂące Ă  Airbnb et Aircover on a rĂ©ussi sortir de lĂ  et la situation. Le fil Ă  linge est mal placĂ©, il bloque lĂĄ porte de la salle de bain. Donc je ne conseille pas de utiliser la machine Ă  laver. —— Not good at all! WARNING!!! The bed is not comfortable at all, the mattress is already very used, not closed, so no longer supports the back. After 3 nights my husband and I have a back pain and can't sleep anymore (23 days of reservation) Cocoonr didn’t helped."

La relación calidad-precio no me pareció la mejor, sin embargo pasé un muy buen momento en este lugar. Lo recomendaría a quienes buscan un espacio tranquilo para vivir.
