Large villa with private pool, sea view, ideally located for the discovery of the island.

More than just a rental, this villa is above all a family home full of charm and soul, which I only offer for rent very occasionally.

The place offers easy access to many sights and sea activities.
Whether it's the beaches of Grande Terre or the waterfalls of Basse Terre, holidaymakers will be able to easily explore all the regions of Guadeloupe without making long journeys.

Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted, as the centre of Guadeloupe offers many opportunities for walks in the middle of nature. National parks, forest trails and waterfalls are easily accessible.

This beautiful villa is located on a property of 1000 m2, fully fenced and secured with electric gate, without any vis-à-vis.

With a surface area of 240 m2, with a large covered terrace, it consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom and 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 2 separate toilets and a "boudoir" with TV.

The living room, opening onto a large terrace with several garden furniture, has sofas and a TV. The kitchen is well equipped (fridge with freezer, microwave oven, induction hob, air freshener, dishwasher, electric coffee and kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, complete kitchen utensils).

Adjoining the kitchen is a pantry with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Everything is done to live outdoors and enjoy the large mirrored swimming pool, with a large terrace area equipped with sunbeds, hammocks, an outdoor table and a large gas barbecue to share convivial moments.
Fans are fitted to the large living room and pedestal fans are available.

An office area with fast internet access (fibre optic) is at your disposal.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath towels).
All the equipment is new, and the bedding is of high quality.

The villa can easily accommodate 9 people.

IMPORTANT in Guadeloupe: The villa is equipped with a city water buffer tank of 3,300 litres of water. Water cuts will be completely transparent.

Pascal et son frère, qui nous ont accueillis, sont adorables et très serviables. Suite à un retard de vol au retour, ils nous ont permis de rester plus longtemps, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.La villa est encore plus belle en vrai, et le jardin est tout simplement parfait !Nous avons séjourné à trois familles avec trois enfants, et tout s’est déroulé à merveille. Tout est juste parfait : les chambres, la piscine, le barbecue, les luminaires extérieurs…Le soir, au moment du coucher, nous avions chaque nuit le chant des grillons pour nous endormir — quel bonheur.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Très beau séjour en famille pendant les fêtes de fin d’année ! Pascal est très réactif dès que nécessaire. La maison est très bien située, proche le le route de la Traversée et les commerces sont proches.La maison est très bien équipée nous avons apprécié, à cette période, le petit sapin de Noël ! mais surtout la piscine !!!

Une très belle habitation

De la reservation du logement à la restitution des clés tout s’est très bien passé. Un échange avec Pascal avant et tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons été reçus comme on l’espérait dans un cadre magnifique et reposant. Une maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. Vraiment l’ideal pour un séjour en famille. Nous étions 8 et nous n’avons pas manqué d’espace. Les petits et les grands se sont régalés dans la piscine. Je recommande se logement les yeux fermés 🤗

Villa magnifique et hôte sympathique

Si l'annonce est trés claire et nous a tout de suite attirés, la réalité de cet hébergement a dépassé nos attentes. L'hôte nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a pris le temps de nous montrer les lieux dans tous ses détails. La localisation de l'hébergement était parfaite pour nous: nous avons pu aisément nous déplacer à travers toute la Guadeloupe, principalement en Basse Terre mais aussi en Grande Terre - la rivière salée n'est pas loin. Pour autant, la maison se trouve dans un endroit un peu isolé, parfait pour se poser au calme en soirée ou mettre un peu de musique sans craindre de trop déranger le voisinage. La piscine est grande et confortable. Nous avons aussi bien profité du jardin qui attire colibris et de nombreux autres oiseaux. Nous étions en famille, 4 adules avec 5 enfants de 7 à 15 ans. Chacun y a trouvé son compte.

Parfait !

Magnifique maison parfaitement située pour rayonner dans la Guadeloupe. Très agréable pour séjourner entre amis avec espaces ouverts donnant sur une belle piscine. Jolie déco ! Propriétaires très sympathique et réactifs. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour, nous recommandons !
