Thank you for your feedback Elise. We're truly surprised to read your comment, as our cleaning provider's checklist indicated the apartment was clean and ready for your arrival. It would have been great if you could clarify what exactly you found dirty or smelly? This would help us investigate further. We also wish you had reached out during your stay, and not after. We’re always available and would have done our best to address any issue right away. It's unfortunate we didn't have the opportunity to make things right at the time. Regarding the blinds, we’ll have our handyman take a look to ensure everything is functioning properly. Best regards
