Bright, spacious, and dual-aspect apartment.
My apartment can accommodate 10 guests in its four bedrooms, each with two double beds, a sofa bed, and four single beds.
A bathroom with a shower is at your disposal.
To ensure your comfort, I also provide bed linens and towels!
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) and opens onto a dining room with a large table for group meals. The living room with TV will allow you to spend time with friends or family. A beautiful kitchen open to the dining room will allow you to cook.
Air conditioning is available only in the upstairs bedrooms; it is reversible (cooling and heating).
In addition, there is a small balcony to enjoy the sunshine.
A washing machine is at your disposal.
Quiet apartment.

Air conditioning units are only in the bedrooms.

Guests have access to the entire property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10 PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please get in touch with us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.%r%n%r%nImportant note: Parties and meetings are strictly forbidden in the apartment, listening to loud music (immediate neighbour on the lower floor), and walking on the green roof of the car park. Put anything on the veranda (and respect the privacy of the neighbour below).
