NEW Beach House - 3 blocks to the beach with beach Badges!

Walking distance to 7 Presidents Oceanfront Park, PierVillage & restaurants. Minutes from Sea Bright, Asbury park, Red Bank & Sandy Hook. Driveway fits 2 cars (unlimited street parking). 12 beach chairs and 14 beach badges, 4 umbrellas. If interested, please provide # of guests that will be at the property at all time and reasoning for your trip. Book only if price, pictures, location and rules fit your needs. Minimum 25yrs older to book. Only those listed are allowed at the property. House comfortably sleeps 10, but we accept up to 14 guests. For additional guests, you’re welcome to use the foldable floor mattress and futon provided.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure each tv remote is left on the nearest table. Everything should be in the same position where you found it.
Beach badges-(applicable to summer only) 14 Beach must be left in the kitchen where found. Each lost badge will cost 70. Ensure all beach gear were left were found.
Please clean the grill if used. Place all trash in bags in the garbage cans inside the backyard gate near the garage. Do not use the garbage cans on the unpaved driveway, they belong to the neighbor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
By proceeding/confirming to book, the renter agrees to protocols, and disclaimers of this house agreement. pets, parties, smoking are prohibited!
Treat the house with care! Leave sand at the beach and dirt outside of the house!
Follow checkout protocol provided in agreement. Information is also provided behind main door.

Incredible Stay!

Couldn’t have had a better experience at this property, it was spacious and clean and comfortable for all of us. The backyard was amazing, check in was super easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating!

The home was lovely, in excellent condition and had a great kitchen, backyard and the rooms were spacious. The host was very responsive when we had a problem with the grill, they actually replaced it for us the next morning so our evening dinner barbecue could happen. They had all the beach and kitchen accessories we could think of. A great place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay

We traveled to NJ for our son's wedding and stayed at the house for 4 days with our grown children and grandchild. Everthing was very clean and very homey. Close to beach and within walking distance to town. Host was very nice; checking in with us to make sure all was as expected. Great place! Would highly recommend.

Great Location

The location was perfect for us to get around to where we needed and the host was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The house itself was perfect with its open floor plan, fenced in back yard, and quiet street.

Perfect

This was a beautiful home to stay at while having our daughters wedding. We did pictures the morning of with her bridesmaids and it was big enough for all as well as camera crew to get some absolutely gorgeous pics. The house is very clean and the kitchen is large with two sinks (love that)! The bedrooms are upstairs and a great size with large closet space. The bathrooms were very clean and bright and big! This house completed all we had planned for for this magical wedding day! Amazing!

House was exactly as pictured, beautiful new home. Caroline was a great host and the process was super simple. The walk to the beach isn't bad and the parking in the neighbor was easy peasy. We were already talking about booking for next year before we even checked out.
